The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub, Edinburgh
First topic message reminder :
Welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat. The pub has ventured to Edinburgh, as the team has made their first ever Heineken Cup Semi Final.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the pictures of Martyn Williams, Shane Williams, Paddy Jackson, Paul O'Connell and Tim Visser.

I can't believe Treviso have made nothing of all their territory and possession- they've squeezed the pips out of Glasgow. The weegies are so disciplined. A lot to admire in their display.

ooooh Treviso. SHould have scored 3+ tries this half.
Galsgow's defence has been magnificent for them all season, fair play.

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub, Edinburgh
how, seriously, how? was the Glasgow player not holding on there?
no 17 was on his feet for a good 4 seconds competeing for that and nothing, then ref calls for hands in. Hmmmmm.
Jackson kicking at the posts now.
Ooooof that was going well, wide, curled in and off the post, just gathered by Treviso. Jeeeez this is a tense game.

ooooh crap.
Apart from one run from Hogg, Glasgow have offered absolutely nothing, and they go and blydi score a try.
bah!
well run in mind, shame Williams couldn't make the tackle.

That does sound rather delicious, we're having roasted chicken and potato with my wife's home made sweetcorn bread.

Aye I know, it's just so horrible for them.
I did say to my flat mate not 5 mins ago, that after offering nothing in attack, Glasgow would score a try to win.
One of the few times where I don't like being right

Treviso 8 - 13 Glasgow
Brilliant defending by Glasgow and a well taken try, but oooooh Treviso! so many chances there, they really tried to play all the rugby.

FT Treviso 8-13 Glasgow. Great win for Glasgow, backs against the wall, grit, discipline and much more clinical when it mattered
See Edinburgh got cuffed again. So many heavy defeats in the Pro12 this year for them.

OK. Tipped them by 17 in SG I think so a slightly better weekend for me than last.
Might change my name to Mr Two Thirds. I'm right on 66.67%. Perfect middle average performance.

Literally just feeling like myself again after about a 25 minute shower.
Had a top night out last night, followed by a nice fry up this morning and a bit of 606-ing and reading lounged on the couch.
Just starting Engage by Matt Hampson. Im gonna do a review of it for my blog.

It was Lee-on-ee, I'm pretty sure I remember I saw that being pointed out to someone confused as to why Treviso fans chanted 'Aironi' at every game on this board earlier in the season

Oh well, a day of mixed emotions. On the one hand I've orgnaised the lettuce leaf for the veggies to share for Heino final weekend; on the other, one of my teams over-reached and the other showed why they deserve the playoffs

I might just watch those highlights on a loop....
Glasgow deffo deserve the play offs Asbo, for their defence alone this season, they have been such a tough, tough side to break down. Players like Hogg coming through too, good for the future
