Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
What's the ruling on who plays for what team?
Are we drawing a line under it as of now for example as I imagine in the next few days a fair few RL transfers will be announced (ie Kagawa to Utd, Hazard to City).
And on that note does Chelsea count as having Marin and Arsenal have Podolski?

Chelsea should count Marin and Arsenal Podolski but I wouldn't impose that rule.
I'm going to be a boring nob and pick Barcelona, first time I've ever managed them.

You can't, Hero. If they're out on loan, they're out on loan.

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
What about if the persons loan is ending in the case of Courtois? He'll be back at Chelsea ASAP
Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
Just reading the threads from yesterday....you guys crack me up.
I really think both Barca and Real should have the same deficit. Thinking about it, Madrid have a bigger squad and can argue their budget could even be increase higher than Barca's.
I dont know much about the Benfica team because I think I will end up with them.
I may ask your help to help me who are the good players.

I think Barca's deficit should be higher. Based on the 1st team, Barca's is better but then they also have Mascherano and Fabregas potentially on the bench..! Real need a new defence IMO.

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
Madrids squad is probably the best league squad ever put together, yes they need a new right back, center back and probably left back but the rest is quality.
Anyways, can you tell me if Courtois is available for Chelsea pull?

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
Marcelo, Pepe and Ramos not bad whatsoever
Marcelo has been brilliant defensively too. He stays on his feet much more than he used to
Didnt see Robben pass him too many times.

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
Ramos is overrated imo, better at right back than center back thats for sure.
Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
Pepe's a gargoyle of a thug, Ramos is good but an overrated thug. Madrid need a good CB, a leader, because they don't have that.

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
Pity Carvalho has lost his edge as he is still a quality center back
Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
Agreed that Pepe is a thug but when not on the psycho mode, he is a good player.
I can see them buying a few this summer

Kompany maybe. After all, Madrid + Barca are the biggest clubs in the world in terms of transfer fees and wages available.

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
Whoah whoah whoah there sweetcheeks, stop the assassination of my defence so quickly!
Conceded 32 goals all season in the league, only 3 more than Man City did.
Yet scored... 121 goals compared to 93 for City.

In the prem they would have conceded more, so sell me Ramos on the cheap...

In the Premiership they'd have probably scored more too

They have deadly strikers. Eczema, Higuain, Crustyanal Whinealdo. How many of the 121 goals were scored by them 3?

What are peoples take on the Rio/Terry debate, personally I'd say Terry has always been better but neither should be going to the Euros.
Hart
Richards-Cahill-Lescott-Cole
Is what we should go for IMO
