Morning all
Beautiful weather and cant be asked to work.
I hear a certain German defender got "pummeled" against the Swiss...and I don't mean just Mertesacker

They played the completely the wrong tactics, went 4-3-3 but with only Khedira protecting the back four. No Bayern players also which make up half the team usually.

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
German with wrong tactics?!
I've heard it all now
It was against the Swiss too -
Ter Stegen; Howedes, Mertesacker, Hummels, Schmelzer; Khedira; Schurrle, Gotze, Ozil, Podolski; Klose
Not a bad team whatsoever

How fit is "Grease Lightning"? He's hardly had game time since.... ages ago. Maybe that let them down.
That team would still whoop England

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
Veloso I'd steer clear of tbh, I've bought previously in other leagues and he was always a players that got results against me rather than for me. Inler had a very good game v Juve the other week and looks a decent prospect but I'd be concerned that not many people would have seen him.

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
I was thinking of Inler as back up to Kroos and Ramires. Thoughts?
Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
I'd prefer Veloso to Inler probably. Never really rated Inler at all, Veloso used to be horribly overrated.

This is all because Louis Saha posted a Tweet about it earlier.
Since when did Louis Saha become the Oracle of transfer dealings?

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
For me I'd rank them...
Llorente
Suarez
Soldado
Although I would state that Suarez obviously has more of a 'name' and polarizes opinion a lot more so that might factor in votes.

Cheers Hero
I thought Soldado would get to the Spain's squad ahead of Torres but the management thought otherwise.
I may go opt to bid for Suarez as he looked brilliant at the back end of the season.
More opinions anyone?

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
I get the feeling that alot dont rate Eto even though he could still score in any league.
Pato could be an option but how do people rate him with Llorente?

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2 Homepage™
Pato was shocking this season so it's the choice of Eto'o who's in a league where no-one gets to see him play so is judged purely on stats in a poor league or Pato who has potential but is currently playing badly.

Agree with Hero
Hazard does have a huge ego for his demands.
He has to produce the goods asap.
Huge pressure now

I also hope he now fails and I'm being a bitter United fan but couldn't care less. He made it obvious himself he went for money as he said about our history and prestige and hadn't even considered Chelsea until they won the CL.

Yep, I've held fire on doing any more transfers over the past few days in preparation for the injuries, also not released anyone so that I have a fuller squad to which the injuries can hit the hopefully squad players instead.
