What goes on in your head? You are the worst manager ever to play these games yes worse then CF.

Yakubu got 17 goals last season more then your strikers which mean sthey are Poopie.

Am I in a parallel universe?

Hughton has been confirmed as Norwich manager for nearly an hour, and olly hasn't mentioned Norwich once in that time.

I don't think a couple of seasons in the premier league makes you bigger. If I was offered both managers jobs, I would go for Ipswich still, even if though they are in the lower league.

I would see Ipswich as still having greater long term potential and probably still the better club, in spite of the league positions. I fully expect Norwich to bomb as their players have massively overachieved above their abilities

It depends how you define a bigger club really.

Do you define it by history, fanbase, etc etc

You won't though. Swansea were good value for their achievement, but Norwich weren't IMO. Riding on the crest of the division 3 bubble, that has now burst.

BTW I predicted you to finish midtable last season due to the momentum you were carrying

No. Southampton have better players than Norwich. Their success is less about momentum.

What is the record for the least Premier League points total? Is it Derby? I can see that being taken by Norwich this year.

Olly, stop getting defensive because someone thinks Norwich will get relegated.

I can't think of 3 teams worse than Norwich, but I could last season. Sorry Olly, I agree with Afro.

So what do we think of Hughton as Norwich manager? Serious?

Again that's your opinion. I don't personally think we will, but then I would always think that OK

Well that's no fun.

I don't really believe most of what I wrote, although I do think Lambert will be a big miss, plus I think this season will require much more of a battle than last season.

I know Afro. I wasn't going to bite this time Laugh

Of course Lambert will be a big miss, but I think Hughton is a solid replacement. I don't expect us to be up around mid table again, and I honestly would snap your hand off if you offered me 17th next season

He's ok but I do think that you'll need more new faces this year. Although Afro was on the wind up, I kind of agree that some players performed above themselves last season and you'll need a stronger squad. I wonder whether a few players will be deflated with Lambert gone too.

That being said I don't think relegation is nailed on. It will be a tight finish again this year.

I mean it. I'm not fishing.

Arsenal > Norwich
Aston Villa > Norwich (now they have Lambert and will probably have Holt)
Chelsea > Norwich
Everton > Norwich
Fulham > Norwich
Liverpool > Norwich
Man City > Norwich
Man United > Norwich
QPR > Norwich (now Mark Hughes has a chance to get his own players in)
Reading > Norwich (Momentum)
Southampton > Norwich (Momentum)
Stoke > Norwich
Sunderland > Norwich
Swansea = Norwich
Spurs > Norwich
West Brom > Norwich
West Ham > Norwich
Wigan = Norwich

Can you argue it Olly?

Genuine opinion...

Bad appointment IMO. I think you could have got better.

I think all three teams that have come up are worse than those who went down, so it will be harder next season.

I would say that atm, QPR are worse than Norwich, whilst Southampton and Reading are on a par. However, all three teams have more resources to improve.

I would say Wigan are also above Norwich, they know how to fight and hit that period of form where they pick up points and stay up.

Wigan have experience Norwich have 6 fingers.

Where do people see West Ham finishing this year (without fishing...!)?

I reckon anywhere between 12th and 17th. Relegation is always possible but I do think there are worse sides than us this season.
