Foreign Transfers
First topic message reminder :
Bid for your foreign transfers here. To start the season, there will be two bids allowed per day, this will then decrease to one per day when the season starts. The Special Juan will then answer all of the bids received in the evening. They do not carry over, so you cannot bid nothing all week and then bid five times on the Friday.
The first bidder gets the first chance to sign the player, and if this offer is accepted then they will sign for the original club, regardless of the subsequent offers. But, if the original bidder has not bid enough or the transfer is unrealistic then subsequent bids will then be considered. Any following bids must be at least of equal value to the first bidder.
Please make sure all transfers are confirmed on the foreign transfer confirmation page.

Bid 1:
Jay Rodriguez for 7m
IRL he just signed for Southampton for 7m, Swansea will match this fee and have a bigger stature than Southampton
Bid 2:
Roger Johnson for 4.5m
Wolves have just been relegated and Johnson will want a return to the PL. Again 4.5m a good fee for a defender in the championship

Re: Foreign Transfers
Bid 2
Dedryck Boyata
Manchester City to Fulham
£2.5m
Spent the majority of last season on loan at Bolton. This youngster will give Fulham some fresh and youth in an ageing back four. Will never be picked ahead of Lescott, Kompany, Savic, Toure. City will always look externally to strengthen squad with their millions of £££. So a move away for the club for this youngster will be good for his career.

Unlikely Maicon would go to Unnited tbh, would probably prefer a move to London like he has been linked with. Will biod £6.5m for the player set to be on his way to Chelsea

Gael Kakuta - Yes
Bebe - No
Jan Vertonghen - Yes
Robert Snodgrass - Yes
Jacob Butterfield - Yes
Milos Krasic - Yes
Javi Garcia - No
Lucio - No
Steven Davis + Sone Aluko - Do you mean £3m for the pair? If so, yes.
Jay Rodriguez - Yes
Roger Johnson - More money required
They'll take £6m (which is about halfway between what you're offering and what Wolves paid for him)
Nacer Chadli - Yes
Dedryck Boyata - Yes
Hulk - More money required
£35m
Ryan Bertrand - Yes
Maicon (to Man Utd) - Yes
To DJ: They bid first so they get it.
Hugo Lloris - Yes (although Trebs may wish to cancel this if there's a rule of "You must have the funds before you can bid". If not, then fine.)
Enigma, his TM value was about £8m and I bumped it up a bit as there's a) nothing linking him to your club and b) He's got a shot at CL football for next season.

Re: Foreign Transfers
If I get these ill sign one of them:
Bid 1
Silvestre Varela
£6M
Porto
With First Team opportunities limited, a move would be best for this Portugese winger. Much like fellow Portugese footballers in the past; Varela can utilise this opportunity to further establish himself in the National Squad. Porto have an abundance of talent, including Rodriguez & Lucho so will be happy to cash in now on this player who is not key to their team.
Bid 2
Josip Ilicic
£6M
Palermo
Palermo were terrible last season without Pastore but their was one shining light was this player. Cutting in from the left and being dangerous is his forte and exactly what we need. His agent has recently said there is increased interest from a 'mid table English side' believed to be Liverpool, and as we are slightly above this with European football we believe we can persuade him to join. Palermo are in dire financial straits and look set to
cash in - at a particularly handy price considering the likes of Krasic.
I'm on phone so can't post link for quote above but it's in the
Mainstream press if you check.

Andy Drury
Ipswich to Stoke City
£250k
Because we're offering him Premier League football and Ipswich would be making a profit on a player who hasn't been first choice too often.

Re: Foreign Transfers
Norwich City
Bid 1
Mateo Musacchio
£5 million
We here at Norwich are in need of a centre half and Musacchio fits the bill perfectly. He has recently been relegated with Villareal, so is looking for a move away from them, and due to this his fee is going to reduced. We here at Norwich can offer him regular first team football, which he may not get at other clubs. We can also offer him the opportunity to show his talents in the best league in the world, and therefore we would sell him if a bigger club came in with a good offer as part of his deal.
Bid 2
Curtis Davies
£3 million
We would like to sign Davies as a centre half who would be on the fringes of our first team but has the potential to break into it. He would enjoy the step up to Premier League football again, and due to Birmingham's recent financial troubles, he may be available for a slightly shorter price of £3 milion.

Re: Foreign Transfers
Bid 1 - Miguel Lopes
Fee: 2 Million
Clubs Involved: Porto To Aston Villa
Reason: Lopes who is valued at around 2 Million, is now transfer listed and not needed by the club, after spending the last couple of season looking in from the outside. Then coach AVB, decided to loan him out and has had spells at in Spain and last season at Braga and seems to have got lost in the shuffle. At Villa he'll slot stright into the team who are looking on a big improvement from last season's dissapointment.

TP 2
Eden Hazard
Lille to Spurs
30m
Reason: None of the clubs interested in RL have gone in for Hazard and Spurs were heavily linked in March. We promise to Eden to give him the AM role at the club that he desires.
He would be at home with two international teammates Fellaini and Vertonghen as well.

Re: Foreign Transfers
M'Vila - Yes
Rodallega - Yes
Diame - Yes
Cuellar - Yes
Hooper - No
He's happy scoring 25 goals a season versus diddy teams and getting 2 Champions League games a season, plus he wins diddy trophies too.
Lee Wallace - more money required
£2m because they paid £1.5m for him not that long ago
Kenny Cooper - Yes
Varela - Yes
Ilicic - More money required
He's been linked with Inter Milan, and the price to sign him has been quoted as £25m.
Drury - Yes
Musacchio - No
He wouldn't go to Norwich. No one in their right mind would.
Davies - Yes (seeing as Birmingham's transfer ban has just been lifted)

Cissokho - More money required
His RL transfer fee may be in the region of £10m
Schurrle - More money required
The price is rumoured to be about £17m
Marko Marin - Yes
Higuain - Yes
Naismith - Yes
Pranjic - Yes
Lopes - Yes
Pogrebnyak - Yes
Hazard - Yes but he MUST play AM.
