Foreign Transfers - Page 8 Empty Foreign Transfers

Post by The Special Juan Thu 28 Jun 2012, 6:51 pm

First topic message reminder :

Bid for your foreign transfers here. To start the season, there will be two bids allowed per day, this will then decrease to one per day when the season starts. The Special Juan will then answer all of the bids received in the evening. They do not carry over, so you cannot bid nothing all week and then bid five times on the Friday.

The first bidder gets the first chance to sign the player, and if this offer is accepted then they will sign for the original club, regardless of the subsequent offers. But, if the original bidder has not bid enough or the transfer is unrealistic then subsequent bids will then be considered. Any following bids must be at least of equal value to the first bidder.

Please make sure all transfers are confirmed on the foreign transfer confirmation page.

I might just put Nigel on the back of his shirt then, solely for our amusement lol.

As I've bid the amount requested would anyone mind if I wrote up my tactics with him in it?

Nah, Trebs can't do results at the weekend, so we put back the cup until the weekend. Injuries still apply for the following league game tho.

I'm going olympics thursday so it works for me too.

Adam Johnson
Man City
£10 mil

The lack of guaranteed first team football was a key reason Hodgson left him out of Euro 2012. Chelsea are prepared to offer him that and give him the global stage to show his ability. .

Johnson has been rumoured to move:

Hardly, Dzagoev was hugely linked about a month ago and Hazard made several mentions of joining the club only as far back as March.
Spurs are a club that have brought in players like VDV, they can bring in big names.

Nigel - Yes
Capoue - More money
I think he will move IRL for about £15m seeing as he's their star player.
Johnson - More money
Your link did mention a £16m fee...... I think £13m halfway is fair.

If I've missed anything let me know.

Simon Kjaer
Fee: 5 Million
Clubs: Wolfsburg To Aston Villa
Reason: Been frozen out of the side spending the entire season playing football in Italy, now with Wolfsburg prepared to sell placing him on the transfer list, He'll slot in fine amongst the back line.

Not going to pay £15M for Capoue, so will turn my attentions elsewhere.

Jeremy Toulalan
£8M
Malaga

Malaga's financial woes have widely been reported and we would like to offer him a home at Newcastle. We can offer the regular football he is craving and Makaga the chance to make a quick buck as well as get his wages off their books. A nice that suits all 3 parties as Toulalan moves to a club that will play him, we get our DM & they their cash.

Link which mentions Toulalan's imminent departure:

Player: Isco
Clubs: Malaga to Stoke City
Fee: £4M
Reason: As with other bids for Malaga players, the financial issues Malaga have are widely known. Isco may not be too willing to leave Malaga on the surface, but this link

http://www.tribalfootball.com/articles/why-malagas-only-hope-sell-santi-cazorla-and-isco-arsenal-3420711

Suggests that Isco may be next to follow Santi Cazorla out the door, and with the news that Malaga need to pay off their debts imminently or risk explusion from the Champions League : http://www.sportskeeda.com/2012/07/25/santi-cazorla-to-arsenal-and-the-financial-issues-of-malaga-cf/

We are making a solid offer to Malaga for their playmaker. £4M works out to more than €5M which would be a significant chunk of their debt to other clubs. Isco himself may not be a fan of swapping the south of Spain for the Potteries straight away, but Stoke can offer Isco;

With more miles of canal than
most counties in England, the canals of Staffordshire are a great reason to visit the city of Stoke on Trent and each year the canal attractions are responsible for attracting many thousands of visitors. If you are planning something a little more energetic rather than a leisurely cruise on the canal, then head to the Trentham Estate, nearby Stoke on Trent, and check out its outdoor tourist attractions, which include both the Aerial Extreme rope course and the 'Go Ape!' High Wire Forest Adventure.

The Trentham Estate has enjoyed considerable development and an investment of more than £100 million, which has resulted in the meticulous restoration of its formal gardens, and the arrival of the somewhat unexpected Monkey Forest. In Stoke on Trent itself, on the outskirts of Hanley, tourists will find that the Festival Park offers a wide choice of recreational attractions, which include a water park, ski centre and cinema.

Join the Stoke revolution Isco!

Sorry, people keep having discussions here so all the bids keep getting pushed pages back.

Toulalan would go to Newcastle (IMO) as that's where the French National Team seem to be ending up at the moment. Vlaar has gone to Birmingham anyway with Villa and arguably West Brom were the better team last season. I read somewhere that Isco doesn't want to leave Spain.

I'll get to others in a moment.

Alright, that's fine OK I accept it was a tricky one.

Giuseppe Rossi - 12m
Villareal to Liverpool

The team were relegated and nobody seems to be serious on signing the forward. There are some faint links with Italian clubs but no firm offers from what I can see. We will give him a chance to return to the premier league where he can prove himself after not showing the best of himself at his Manchester United days.

Bid for tomorrow;

Kyle McFadzean
Crawley Town to Stoke City
£100k
Kyle has stated he would like to play at a higher level, and while Crawley Town have rejected much higher bids in the past, Kyle is now well into the final year of his contract and therefore couldn't command a higher fee. Kyle has already stated he wouldn't be signing a new contract at Crawley, so our offer allows Crawley to still gain financially from the situation. For the record, £100k is double Kyle's TM value.

Victor wanyama

£8 million

West brom would like to offer victor the chance to play in the pl and test himself against some of the best midfielders in the world. Representing a £7 million profit for Celtic after 1 year and with the promise if in 2 years time a big club comes in for victor we wouldn't stand in his way we feel this deal is ideal for all parties involved.
