Anyone about for a deal? Could have some second rowers available for a fullback or a centre! Otherwise I'm going to bore everyone and write season previews on each team!

Bathite, this is why we've invested in ABs
As for no8s, they stand out but others on the list are Harinordiquy, Picamoles and potentially Denton for the future

After those 3 there's a good step down.
Heaslip has been poor for a while, Pickles is good and Faletau is coming along. I like Denton too, like to see him at 6

Big fan of Faletau, and also Denton. Higginbotham is another good option at base, very quick for a big lad.

Mullan
Brits
Kepu
Ryan
Matthews/Borthwick
Brown
McCaw
Joubert
Parra
Hodgson
Mitchell (better not be as bad injured as I fear...)
Allen
Smith
Halfpenny
Goode
Vunipola, One of several English Hookers, Nieto, Matthews/Borthwick, Poff/York, Spencer, Geraghty, Wyles
Who is a better combo at 4-5, Ryan with Borthwick or young Matthews? And where do I need to add to my squad in the next Foreigns?

Think a lock should be your next target CJ mate. Someone with a bit of phsyicality to partner Ryan. Think Ryan and Borthwick/Matthews is a bit light weight. After that maybe a back up 10 as Geraghty although great on his day can be very flaky

Yeah- looking at players still out there you can get a side like this:
Byrne/Hogg
Ioane/Bowe
BOD/nobody- literally can't think of anyone!
Giteau/Contepomi
Savea/Pietersen/Aplon
Michalak/Laidlaw
Smith/Blair
Picamoles/Denton
Rennie/Zanni
Thomson/Oudraogo (well, technically more of a 7)
Pape/Maestri
Thorn/Botha
Alexander/Jgenti
Hore/Ghiraldhini
Poux/Lo Cicero
I think...

Re: Fantasy Premiership Season 1 - Homepage
Well guys we are in the real season now finally!
Quick refresher for us all:
Quick refresher for us all:
- Time lines are the same as last season so team sheets and tactics need to be in by 8pm Saturday. Predictions close at 8pm Tuesday.
- To stop the hassle we had last season no teamsheets will be accepted past the deadline.
- No teamsheet is an automatic 30-0 bonus point win for the opposition.
- Tactics as last year are 10 lines and 10 bullet points (2 lines each) long. You can format the limit as you see fit. I.e. Use lines from the paragraph as bullet points or vice versa.
- Prediction bonus is 3m for descriptive (must have a minimum average of 2 lines across all the games) or 1.5m for scores on the door. Again predictions wont be taken past 8pm Tuesday

Isn't it better just to chuck a teamsheet in if someone's missing, no tactics? Likelihood is people will miss teamsheets if something crops up, not on purpose.

There's quite a few more i'd add to that list, especially Frenchies
Malzieu, Poit, Medard,
Mermoz, Jauzion,
Horne, Cave, Ellison, Fruean, JDV, JDJ, Engelbrecht, Davies, Evans
McCabe, Faingaa, Crotty

Plus Arguably the lack of prediction actually punishes the other team in the match too to a lesser degree

Agreed, I reckon, worst comes to worst, they should get there last week's teamsheet chucked in without tactics as a standard

Re: Fantasy Premiership Season 1 - Homepage
If its the general consensus I'm happy to do it but there should still be some kind of punishment for missing teamsheets. It puts extra work on whoevers running the match thread as they will have to check injuries/bans/call ups.
