Jovetic please.
Those were the days, Afro nearly selling me Taiwo for £20m.

Then I brought him off you for keeps for Serdar Tasci + Ramirez = Leonardo Bonucci
I was just starting out at that point
Thats right. In those days Ramirez was a real unknown on these leagues, and Tasci even less so I think Bonucci was one of the most sought after defenders at that point.
Although I think I sold him to CF for £22m
He was first choice for me after that. He was rated but not overly. I am hoping that move happens because I think Ramirez on the left and Hazard on the right would be a proper handful with their pace and trickery. And as well as that you have Giroud waiting in the centre for crosses when he is known for his heading ability.
Of course, Ramirez might not move, Hazard could become a Veron and Giroud could be a Brolin. Who knows.........

Taiwo was the highets rated LB in these games. he was spectacularly good for l'OM and lined up for AC Milan. Everyone wanted him.
Then he flopped at AC Milan and got the dream move to QPR.
I remember Monreal was the sought after Spanish LB to replace Capdevila, everybody wanted him too. There were a few arguments over who would be the next Spanish LB.
I'd like to point out that I was amongst a very small minority who trash talked Monreal and suggested that a little known lad from Valencia would easily take the spot and was much better than Monreal. What was his name again... Jordi Alba, something like that.

Scrolling through those old pages, its amazing how players ratings change in what is actually quite a short space of time.
But it also helps you to spot that there are loads of great players that must still be in TPs.
Thinking about CM and I spotted Guarin, Defour, Ledesma in just a short scan. All great players who are better than some of the starters in these leagues.

Another one I expect to get signed up soon enough when the season begins is Banega, I had him in my initial team but quickly offloaded him to Bull when he ran over himself in his car

Darn it, cannot get the video to embed. Have a look here at David Platt's overhead kick in Man City pre-season training

Is there going to be a live text similar to last season's final day?
If so I wouldn't mind doing one for the Championship if someone from the Championship does a Premier League one?

Did any of you read his Tweets? It was so funny, he was Tweeting to Sky News that he'll sue them and his giving them one last chance. If everyone just ignored him it wouldn't be so big, even Piers Morgan was mentioning him.

Note: Our Neymar is actually a baby in Glasgow to teenage parents who like Neymar. His name is Neymar McAlpine.

I am very impressed by the BBC Sport website for this Olympics.
Very well set-up, very usable and you can easily watch any of the events that are going on.
