Countries for Reboot

Zidane - Italy
Russell - Germany
Treble - Germany
Marky - Spain
Nadeem - England
Olly - Italy
Hero - Spain
Gregers - Spain
Fernando - England
Sodhat - Italy
Twist - Germany
Viva - England
Afro - Italy
Bull - Germany
New Player - Spain
Tooze - England

Here’s how it basically works.
You have a budget of 100m to purchase a squad with the following stipulations:

1. You MUST have a minimum of 6 players from the country designated to you.
2. You MUST have a minimum of 3 players that were born on or after 1st October 1991.
3. You CANNOT go over the squad limit of 25.

To buy your squad then you must make sealed bids for the players. How this works is that you check the value of the players on TM, the MINIMUM cost is what their value is on there, but you can bid more than that as others may wish to buy that player. The maximum value of a player that you can bid for is £12m although may wish to bid more than that in order to acquire him.
So for example;
Bull places a sealed bid of 875k for Paul Scholes as that is the TM value.
Viva places a sealed bid of 1m for Scholes as he thinks others may be bidding for him.

Viva therefore wins.

ALL squads are PM’d to myself and a designated neutral party (to ensure fairplay I will send my squad list first so it cannot be said I’ve gazumped anyone). I then reveal who has got which player in the first draft.
We continue the process until everyone has then spent up and we move onto the Star Player bid which works under the same principle although you have a budget of 25m + whatever remained from your normal bids for ONE player who has a value up to 25m

Clarification: Betting players or money between 2 clubs is strictly prohibited

Good team GSC. Think your fullbacks may struggle a bit with the with the attacking talent in the league but then again that goes for a lot of us. All round good squad , not better than mine though Wink

GSC, its hard to get the best fullback available with the tp limit cap as everyone goes in for them. I wouldnt worry too much as good tactics will prove more important.

Distin will be getting some match time to bring him back into the first team. Heitinga was poor on Saturday and was substituted at half time.

Hitlsperger still needs to prove he can get fit enough to earn a contract

No, no I'm just saying you're too nice to tell someone to Frak off. Zidane is the type if you don't get on top of him he thinks he can run you. A bit like a cocky striker you need to put in a strong challenege early to show him you're there.

Cheers Triple Z, I know I'm taking a punt on a team where only 2 from the entire squad play in the Premier League so a number of people may not have ever seen some of my team but I wanted to a have a core of Spanish players, I imagine my squad will very much polarize opinion between those that watch La Liga and those that don't.

Don't you hate it when someone texts you and you text them back a few hours later because you didn't see or forgot. An when you reply to them they purposely takes ages to get back to you.

I expected Barca to play Muniesa at CB, considering the three CB's playing ahead of him at the moment are Alex Song, Mascherano and Adriano, it suggests he wont be playing there at all. Especially when Pique and Puyol return.

He seems to be in the same boat as Muniesa, if they would prefer Mascherano, Song and Adriano there (and Busquets last season too)
