Here’s how it basically works.
You have a budget of 100m to purchase a squad with the following stipulations:
1. You MUST have a minimum of 6 players from the country designated to you.
2. You MUST have a minimum of 3 players that were born on or after 1st October 1991.
3. You CANNOT go over the squad limit of 25.
To buy your squad then you must make sealed bids for the players. How this works is that you check the value of the players on TM, the MINIMUM cost is what their value is on there, but you can bid more than that as others may wish to buy that player. The maximum value of a player that you can bid for is £12m although may wish to bid more than that in order to acquire him.
So for example;
Bull places a sealed bid of 875k for Paul Scholes as that is the TM value.
Viva places a sealed bid of 1m for Scholes as he thinks others may be bidding for him.
Viva therefore wins.
ALL squads are PM’d to myself and a designated neutral party (to ensure fairplay I will send my squad list first so it cannot be said I’ve gazumped anyone). I then reveal who has got which player in the first draft.
We continue the process until everyone has then spent up and we move onto the Star Player bid which works under the same principle although you have a budget of 25m + whatever remained from your normal bids for ONE player who has a value up to 25m
Clarification: Betting players or money between 2 clubs is strictly prohibited

Which league am I in? I can make my team page in the league then.It has been drawn.
It was done so that we had 2 from each country in each league and we had two runners in each league.
Other than that, it was done randomly
See Tiote stamp on Clevz? Filthy! Pepe would fo been proud fo it!

I saw them almost blow it too. But for a fumble, you boys would have had a tougher last few minutes... One thing is clear though, Denver need some help on defense to get to a SB this year. They should be in the play-offs with our weak division, but Peyton can't carry them on his own.
Do you watch individual games or stick it on RedZone? I love RedZone, it's the best way to watch any sport ever!

We did do our best to blow it. Why go for a 4th and 4 on your own 46 when you are 31-14 up!!!!! Then Ridley fumbled as well and I was
Redzone is brilliant, always watch it unless Pats are playing. Its the best way to watch the NFL

I'm not sure why he did that - it was either confidence in his team, or showboating, or both. Either way I'm glad I've got Bolden in my fantasy team - he will be playing next week I think.
I usually set it up so I get Redzone on the laptop and whatever game is on sky. It's sporting indulgence at it's best.

To everyone - don't worry about moving your team threads that you've already made. I can do that shortly.

I was thinking about that, but I also thought that I don't think it would work. With NFL you know that there is a high chance of a score in some games, but in football, you'll be switching between midfield battles and corners and stuff.

You've already been outbid, and you're not allowed another bid because we're racist against Zebras.

In my division Nando has a good midfield IMO. I think Marky has done really well with his team, nice balance throughout the squad.
Who we waiting on?

A few have asked about left over budget. Any of your main budget or your star player budget that is left over will be carried into the season 1 to be spent on domestics/TPs

Are they the next Steve Gritt and Alan Curbishley, or Roy Evans and Gerrard Houllier?
We all know how they ended, with one manager cast aside and the other going onto greater glories.

Cool, I still have players to get (as I missed out on Ivan in the 3rd draft), so I am not going to spend the whole amount on a SP. It is pointless. Good to keep some back for TP's and in house transfers.

Re: Euro Division Homepage XXXIII
Same here Twist. I have my eye on an Italian youngster that has slipped under the radar, so keeping a few million back to bring him in.
Let's wait until star players are finished before starting dealing as it may take a couple of goes for everyone to get a star player in (with people bidding on the same players). It will be easier to make sure noone is overspending if we aren't doing deals as well.
We also need to get the new pages done. Any volunteers?
