Toulouse v Tigers
First topic message reminder :
What Leicester will need all available ooomph up front to confront the opposition.
And therein lies the problem with Croft, Parling, Salvi, Newby etc. all doing bit-parts in Casualty, you'd have to say the Tigers' chances are slim to say the least.
All that without the knowledge that Owens is the ref.
An LBP would be an outstanding performance.

Flood unlucky to not get a try there, but Clement Poitrenaud puts in one of his usuals. The bloke is a liability.

nice to see the French fans buy in the whole rugby respect thing by being quite when the tigers take kicks.

Re: Toulouse v Tigers
It still surprises me a little why there are many who wouldnt consider Jordan Crane for the England 8 spot.
He's tough, quality...and a Leader.
Is it just because he doesnt do all the razzmatazz stuff?

Youngs needs to calm it down. He's just a bit too frenetic, trying to do too much.

with the Toulouse pack at every breakdown he hasn't got much chance to calm it down.

You just get the feeling all the games between Tigers, Tououse and Ospreys will be tryless kickfests.

Owens isn't in control of the breakdown he's letting both teams geta way with murder.

What way are Toulouse time wasting.

Re: Toulouse v Tigers
Fairly even at HT I reckon. Tigers just need to show a bit more control in the second half and they will leave with something.

They seem to play better without the ball!!!
How much money and television contracts do the French and English clubs need before they are capable of something besides pure dross...

11-9 to Toulouse.
Not the best of conditions so it's a pretty scrappy game with a fair few errors.
