FFS Rog, WTF are you at? Murray is box kicking quite well for a change but Rog's kicking has been hopeless.

Sarries clearly won the hit. You could see that from the side.
Winning the hit is not a rule either Trev...!
Sarries hooker Britz was first up, valjester has a valid point.

Its quite easy to win the hit when you drive early, but that was not what he awarded the penalty for anyway so its irrelevant.

Daycent game. Would love a good fight to kick the second half off.

One is a gold trophy donated to SA rugby by Sir Donald Currie in 1891 before the arrival of the touring British Isles team to South Africa.
The other is something to have possibly with your chips on Friday night after the pub.

Popping up first is not a penality against you its a reset or penality for, check the laws. (i wish refs would)

Maybe but Ghyll managed to get underneath Botha & he lost his bind as he was going backwards & sideways.

The standard of French reffing has unfortunately dropped off quite a bit since the days of Joel Jutge.

Not sure what Brits brings around the park is worth it for Saracens at the moment, the lineout is costing them big.
Cracking game.

That's the most frustrating thing, he has a huge boot and can be excellent on his day but sometimes they are terrible.
Its also annoying when Rog calls for the ball for a clearance kick when Murray can clear it further with a box kick.

I wont hear anyone question earls physicality he just smashed Ashton.
He has also waltzed through the Saries midfield about eight times.

His feet and body movements are so quick that he can make a half break through gaps that most people wouldn't even think about going through.

Murrays bk is cak. Ususlly too long, rarely any accuracy.

I think a try from Munster would finish off Sarries here. Cmon Munster.

I dont think anyone in the Munster team has had a stomach bug this week. Farrell, Barritt, Ashton and Botha looking very average this weekend.

Re: Munster vs Saracens
3 missed kicks and 5 lost lineouts for Saracens, they're very kindly handing Munster this game on a plate. If Munster can deny Saracens the losing bonus point I think they'll top the group.

It has been excellent today, and there have been a lot of matches were it has been spot on. The chase can be the difference between a bad and a good box kick.
Rog is killing the Munster momentum, he is standing too deep and not offering any option to Murray. Munster seem to be using anyone besides Rog as a first receiver if possible.
Docv2's best ever game for Munster.

Murray.
I have grave concerns about this chap playing for Ireland. Sometimes he looks like a decent 9. But mistakes and poorly executed kicks/passes are pretty much a constant feature of his game.

He has had a great game today, two passes aside, and brilliant defence there.

Agree with this. He is a great 9 when he's hot but he is just too inconsistent.Feckless Rogue wrote:Murray.
