2013 version 2.0 Wales vs England bickering thread.
First topic message reminder :
Carry on your bickering here.
I was going to summarise the previous thread, but going through a thousand posts and ultimately it ends on goats, sheep on your 18th brithday that hangs around longer than strippers doesn't say much for the rest of the content.
Enjoy.

Mysti, you were asking the other day for recommendations of which areas of Newport to visit: I forgot all about Bettws.
It's the best place to go if you want to see buses on fire (true story).

Why are we still waiting for one of the England coaching staff to say a nasty comment about Parisse being back for the game on Sunday?
I'm sure Wales would have said something by now.

Mind games! Far too dangerous Victor.
If a Welshman did a Vulcan mind-meld with an Englishman, the poor Englishman's head would blow up - and that WOULD be ungentlemanly conduct.

You don't know nothing you don't mystiroakey.
I was called Ruggerboy from a very early age after Lewis Jones, a Wales international who used to play down on the Gower. He was the subject of a book "King of Rugger" (in 1958 I think). I was called "boy" by my uncles, who called every kid "boy" as in, "go and get me a fag, boy" (and don't you go making up anything English about the word "fag" either!
The name stuck, and is still with me. Toff indeed? Christ you remind me of my house master... oops!

My grandad called me 'boy' and the moniker has also now passed to my only son, seeing as he is one boy amongst 3 sister.

That must be a real pain in the rump! After all a brothers job is to threaten all would be suitors etc, so you must have been busy.

I've been really lucky, I get on well with all three of my brothers-in-law. But then none of them are English, so it was never going to be a problem.

One eye on the future i bet Italy can not wait for England to come over next year, they have threatened a few times now surely a win on the cards next time?

How long will it take for the Welsh to get over England beating the ABs? It could outlast that feeling around Gwyndr or what ever his name was.
Can't really ever see the Welsh beating them even if the ABs had their bootlaces tied together.

No he's been dead for ages so I don't remember him but I was around last time we beat the AB's.

Glas, I also enjoyed the way a 'hopeless' but spirited England knocked Aus & France out of the 2007 RWC.
But your general point - I have to take it on the chin - England have not achieved much else.
I am much more hopeful for this young SL generation.

So England get handed another lifeline with Ryan Jones being out. After having the ref's in their back pocket in every single game they don't need another lifeline. Tryless against Italy says it all. Wales by 20.

It's evened out with Ben Morgan being out. Wales 3-23 Ireland at HT, in the Millennium Stadium says it all.

So who hasn't won a game since then? Says more about our performance than the merit's of Ireland really. If Howley had his damned selections correct from the first game we would be looking at back-to-back Slams should we win next week. So between now and then just don't buy a 2013 Grand Slam t-shirt.

If it is anything like the 2007 game, the t-shirts proclaiming the Wales win were on sale outside the MS as the crowd were leaving! Results t-shirts are sooo tacky....

Is everyone forgetting that Wales have also looked awful this 6 nations, England's form has dipped since the 1st game Wales have just maintained their lacklustre style.
I hope the games a cracker but I can't see it being one.
Its been a dull 6 nations.
