Congratulations England BUT...
...this is how Morg sees the 6 Nations table after next weekend.
1. WALES
2. England
3. Scotland
4. Italy
5. Ireland
6. France( )
Scotland will heap further misery on France if they improve in all aspects of the game and of course, pass the ball out to their backs. Italy will get their first ever 6 Nations win over Ireland, Kidney will resign. And of course, WALES will beat England by 8 points thus successfully defending their title, hand totally on my brain there given what I know and what I have seen.
Congratulations England. You've done well in this tournament and certainly followed up on that win over NZ. You have one hell of a coaching team and a good group of players. But come on, next week you're playing Wales in Cardiff on a high .

Re: Congratulations England BUT...
Look I was criticised for not congratulating England on their fourth consecutive victory today, so here it is. Along with my opinion of how things will end. I merged the threads to avoid spamming yet I still get criticised. I can't do anything right!

The mods can confirm that View lives in North Wales and Morg currently resides in Bristol. Can we keep this on topic? The idea is to critique my final standings and offer an explanation as to why.

Re: Congratulations England BUT...
So to clarify its not here in the hope that one of the english trolls will post something outrageous about smashing wales giving you and excuse to call them arrogant and deluded and get into a petty fight which degenerates into personal insults?
That makes a nice change

I was actually going to post my predictions for the tournament final standings anyway. But then I noticed I was being attacked for no congratulating of England on their win over Italy.

8 points wouldn't be enough. Wales need to win by 15 to win the championship

How do you work that out?
England For 91 - Against 48 = Diff 43
Wales For 92 - Against 63 = Diff 29
So England Diff 43 - Wales Diff 29 = 14
So Wales have to win by 15 points of more to win the championship.
For what its worth im thinking Wales will win in Cardiff, they have been improving this whole tournament. Whereas England started strongly against Scotland and Ireland, but have last our composure since. Personally I think Farrell is the key to Englands success, he gets the backline moving and seems to make all the right decisions kicking ball from hand.

Next week's points scored count as double, it goes off your total onto ours. Inverdale and Sir Clive said so.

Simples, a point scored by Wales is a point conceded by England and vice versa

Who would have thought Wales would be in with a shout eh? You couldn't write this. It's too good to miss out. Wales will take the championship. Four 6 Nations titles and not even Suzy could stop us.

Whoops, senile moment there! 8 points then how exciting. Now if only Italy had kicked better...

England and Wales to KO Australia in the group stages. From there on it's a free for all.

Re: Congratulations England BUT...
I think that is a pretty fair shout to be honest, especially if Wales get to play Australia at home (still to be decided I think?). Can't imagine the IRB are happy about one of the current top 5 going out so early; maybe next time they won't do the draw so far ahead.
