The SH bowling again showing their quality. Half the DD side are back in the hut, we are into the 13th over, and the score hasn't gone too far either. 57-5.

KPF, what do you think of Karan Sharma's potential in the longer formats? From the look of things, it seems he's more of a restrictive bowler than an attacking one. The other 2 can, with the right application, emerge as serious options in all formats.

Absolutely pathetic from DD, all out for 80 with 5 balls unused. Good chance for SH to push that net rr up.

Delhi and Kolkata's decline is seemingly directly proprotional to the decline of Sehwag and Gambhir from the national side

A 6 wicket win for SH. And they won with more than 6 overs remaining. Crucial win for them, not only in terms of the 2 points, but also the boost in their Net RR.

CSK v MI and RR v PW today.
CSK restricted MI to only 139, but are in massive trouble at 10-3 after 3 overs in their chase. Vijay, Raina and Badri are all gone, Mitchell Johnson doing all the damage.

No Bravo goes, Suyal with the wicket. CSK 18-4. This one is slipping away so quickly. Could have been worse had it not been for the 3 back to back drops from Pollard. Yes, you've read it right!!. Pollard dropped Hussey, not ones!, not twice!! but a third time as well!!!, of successive balls!!!.

selectors should be embarrased to see the quality of Rahane on display today...that they left out.

Binny.....is no less a finisher than Eoin Morgan.........and he had a great Ranji and Duleep season also.....and his Papa is the chairman of selectors also....so the selectors cannot be blamed for ignoring him.
Time to give him a look in in the A tours atleast

51 of 48 for Cheteshwar Pujara on his return. Not the fastest innings, but provided solidity and stability at the top for RCB. and he has got out at a time whenAB de Villiers can come in and take charge, as RCB already have a platform, also thanks to Chris Gayle, who blasted 61 in quick time.

The KXIP chase looked going nowhere when they were down to 64-4. But David Miller, not for the first time this season, is taking the fight to the opposition. He's smashing them big here, and has rampaged his way to 67 of 28. His knock has now brought the chase within a manageable range, 53 of 30 balls. If Miller can stay through, KXIP is more than likely to chase down 190.

You expect Gayle to do itz.....but Gayle was at the recieving end today of an amazing Miller assault

from CI words from Miller's Dad...

Miller's father would have been a proud man, if he was watching in Durban. He gave his son an important piece of advice when he was growing up and tonight he followed it to the letter."If it's in the V, it's in the tree and it it's in the arc, it's out of the park," Miller senior said.

Didn't Rahane bat superbly ?....he is not slogging and can handle the highest quality bowling thriuhg his technically correct play.....shame he is not going to CT
that square-driven SIX of Morne Morkel was a treat.......pure timing and a lot of class.

Dravid....boy he can still walk back into the Indian team

Another huge win for MI. Sachin Tendulkar led their batting charge with a 28 ball 48, and he was well supported by Dinesh Karthik with 34 of 18, and Dwayne smith with 47, all be it a touch too slowly, of 53 balls. Then KKR found the going tough right from the beginning, Gautam Gambhir failing to score at the top, and no batsman managing a substantial contribution and they were eventually bowled out for 105, handing MI a 65 run win.

Massive 77 win for CSK against SH today. After hitting quite a low in the last game, the CSK batting stromed back to top form, and put up 223 in their 20 overs, with Suresh Raina remaining not out on 99, and Mike Hussey smashing 67. SH where never in the chase, and eventually ended up with 146-8.

A good innings of 77 from Shaun Marsh and a handy 42 from Adam Gilchrist helped KXIP set RR a chase of 147. Ajinkya Rahane continued his fine form of recent times, guiding the chase with an unbeaten 59. Sanju Samson, who was playing as a specialist batsman today, again made a valuable contribution, remaining not out on 47, playing some fine shots on the way. An 8 wicket win for RR, and they stay pretty much in contention for the playoffs.

Sanju Samson, who was playing as a specialist batsman today, again made a valuable contribution, remaining not out on 47, playing some fine shots on the way. An 8 wicket win for RR, and they stay pretty much in contention for the playoffs.

Rahane is on the roll..in a purple patch.

Well, another defeat for PW, KKR won by 46 runs. 50 from Gautam Gambhir, and a quick-fire 31 from Ryan ten Doeschate helped KKR to 152, and the PW batting folded for only 106, only Robin Uthappa and Angelo Mathews offering a little bit of resistance.

DD v RCB today. DD won the toss and are fielding. Mahela Jayawardene is playing, but DD are led by David Warner in this game.

Virat Kohli had reached his 50 at almost run a ball, of 44 balls, but he ended up with 99 of 58, and AB de Villiers doing his usual stuff in the end overs, RCB scored 84 in the last 5 to end up with 183-4.
Sehwag and Mahela have got off to a decent start though, 24 without loss in 2.2 overs has to be quite good for DD, considering their recent performances.

DD are still in it. They need 55 of the last 4 overs, Unmukt Chand is well set, and he'll be key for their chances. Though RP Singh though, and that makes RCB the favorites.

Double strike from Unadkat, and both Chand and Jadhav are gone. DD 131-6.

Irfan and Morne haven't quite given up as yet. 17 came of Vinay's over, the 18th of the innings. 17 each of the next 2, and DD are through!.
