Id drop Hazard, been hot & cold this season.
Carrick has been consistent influence for his team just like Mata has, I see no issue with him being nominated.

Mata has been world class this season though.

4 to keep might be a tad extreme, maybe 8 more realistic, but it keeps up squad building, which tails off once people have their squads as they like them.

Hazard probably shouldn't be on the list. I think Suarez or Bale should win it personally speaking. No problem with Carrick being on the shortlist though, he's been immense when I've seen United this year.
