Who's your fave Apprentice?
The Apprentice Series 7
It's back!
Moving to a Tuesday night as of next week, this time the winner doesn't actually join the company but instead receives £250k to set up their own business which Lord Suger will assist in the running of and be a 50% stakeholder.

Re: The Apprentice Series 7
why does everyone in that picture look like they have been drawn!
No fitties in the girls line up - I could imagine Ellie Reid being a husband beater - she looks well hard!

Yep I wouldn't want to mess with her!
My fave still was Debra from a couple of series ago.

It begins tonight!
I’ve updated this now so that it includes a poll of all the candidates.
Please vote for your fave as you go along, I’ve made it so that you can change your vote as it goes on so we can see how opinions change.

I lost interest in The Apprentice about two years ago when the format went stale. Also, the midst of a terrible recession watching control freaks go around trying to fleece the working man of their money further just didn't seem right...

Love the quote the fired contestant came out with...
I'm the youngest, I'm the shortest!

Re: The Apprentice Series 7
I think the geeky inventor bloke (Tom) is just edging it for me at the moment, he made a great comment about the bloke in the van doing the serving - it went along the lines of "considering sales is what he says he does for a living, I realy thought he might be better at it" A bit of a dark horse and possible (very) early contender
Apart from the numpty that got potted last night, the early contender for to$$er of the series has got to go to Vincent Disneur - oh do please prove me right you mustachio'd Flip-wit

Good first episode, will be watching the second one tonight. Some intellegent candidates this time round- "is that an orange"? and "how do you spell vegetable"?
Still far too early to decide who I think will win at this stage, so, based on looks I voted for susan, the oriental lass.

I avoided this thread until I watched both episodes last night. My first thought was to come on here and post exactly that! Our minds think alike H!
Really enjoying it already and the women have won both tasks even though they have had project managers you would throttle in real life!

Melody appears to be the best one so far, edward was awful lol.

Changed my vote to Jim. That was some flanker he pulled in the board room- "the PM has made his decision" , lord sugar looked almost shocked. Quality entertainment from the irishman.
Then Leon tries to make out as if that was his tactic all along.

Jim had another strong week last night - seems the front runner at the moment.
The trailer makes it look like the girls team implodes next week! good times!
Changed my vote to Jim as well.

Voted for Jim, before the last episode I was hoping Gavin would do something good and now he's been fired, but really his team did shocking surprised there was only £8 in it. Hopefully next weeks is good, and one of the girls gets fired.

Re: The Apprentice Series 7
Well in the first episode there were the lines of "Is this even an orange?" "How do you spell vegetable" and then getting it wrong. Don't think they're the brightest bunch. Also to be fair they did manage to negotiate down from £990 to around £400.

I have no idea how Jim wasn't taken into the boardroom by Vincent. I changed my vote though from Jim to Tom.

Re: The Apprentice Series 7
Jim has been excellent. He's the only one who seems to have any brains, he makes everybody love him, but then will drop them if he has to. He'll be really put to the test when he's PM, I hope he does well. I can't work out whether Sugar likes him or doesn't.
I am very glad that Vincent left, he was such a prat. I couldn't stand him. I want that Zoe out as well, she's so cocky without ever backing it up, her voice is also one of the most irritating voices I have ever heard.
Tom or Jim to win for me. Prefer Jim to.

For some reason though, Sugar never picks the best person. You can be too good for him.

Re: The Apprentice Series 7
I think Sugar was testing Jim last night, one of the only guys brave enough to chat back to him. He's nailed on to win in my eyes, I'm really impressed

Re: The Apprentice Series 7
I think there is a bit of bluster about Jim and he will get caught out soon.
In general this years lot seem a bit brighter than last years group.
I think Lord Sugar has worked out that the ones who try to stay under the radar early on need to get sorted out.
