Mmmm worrying for the sMurph but if he wins the last frame I imagine he'll sleep fairly easily.

I hope so Dave. He's really impressed me with his year and a half in the commentary box. He knows all the shots.

Oh, another thing that bugs me about Juddley is that excuse of a bow-tie.

I reckon Juddley won't be too disheartened being 9-7 down considering but hold on 8 each and he'll be "buzzing" to use a horrible expression the spivs at my old snooker club liked.

Murphy's been awful since the MSI. Maybe he lacks a killer instinct these days. Or dare I say it hunger?

That and he hits the balls too hard (resulting in many flukes against the wonderful Dominic Dale). I have no opinion on his shoes although most people seem to dislike them.

If there's one thing Murphy lacks, I don't think it's hunger His one major weakness is not killing off frames when he should - too often he breaks down on 50 or 60 when a century is on and over the course of a long match maybe that gets to him. Remember, he had good chances in all 8 frames this morning.

What exactly was Bunter hoping to achieve playing on there? Always think it smacks of either gamesmanship, poor sportsmanship or just sheer desperation when they play on from that far behind.

I was watching the other match so I didn't see it. Tomorrow shall certainly be interesting. I hope the sMurph can respond and I think he will.

So Hawkins will have a lead tomorrow, but will it be 2 or 4 frames? 4 may be too much for Ding...

Do you know whether that is the morning or the afternoon match. BBC website doesn't say and I always find the World Snooker on a ballache to navigate?

On the other hand I hope Ding can recover unless of course he's been got at in which case I hope he does the wise thing and continues to lose and live.

I've had a look but I'm not sure. I think these two matches tonight will be the afternoon session and the two played this afternoon will be the morning and evening sessions because I don't think they play two sessions in a row.

I thought that too but according to Paddy Power the Walden match is on in the afternoon.

Ah cool, they've updated it and Judders is also on in the afternoon so I'll be home in time to watch.

Trump is going to win the title. Ronnie may be able to knock balls in all day long against a muppet like Bingham, but when the pressures really on against Trump, I can see Trump pulling through. Trump may not have the experience Ronnie has, but there will be alot more pressure on Ronnie to fight off the you f pretender, than there will be on Trump, who will go in underdog.

In all honesty, the session ended at the wrong time for Bingham. He was building up a head of steam and Ronald was beginning to miss pots and had they carried on, I reckon Stuart would have won a few more frames.

Only Higgins can beat Ronald if he plays like that so I agree with you. However, Judd's knocking in everything just now (as he misses the black) and is near enough as good as Ronald in the balls so it's no walkover by far. I do think Judd has a better chance against him than Murphy though.

Judd does have the better chance i agree , but do you think playing him would make Ronnie play better ? he has looked brilliant at times but not really been pushed so playing an in form player could spark him into consistancy

Hmm I haven't thought about that. He might be inspired when playing Judd or he might suddenly suffer for playing only 1 competitive match before the tournament started. I thought against Ali he was looking amazingly downbeat at times.
