3. Predator......Using Infra red and again the design was great..

The Thing (Kurt Russell version) - game changing use of animatronics

Godzilla - Orginal Japanese version iconic and a favourite growing up!

The one in Pan's Labyrinth that held its eyeballs in its hand was pretty freaky.

Salem's lot was a little bit like Nosferatu....

The Thing was scary but the overall monster was disappointing at the end.

That fat thing from one of the blade movies which is the computer hacker, and who is killed with the UV torch. Used to scare the be-jeezus out of me as a kid.

The Frankenstein monster was my nemesis when I was a kid but is actually more deserving of sympathy than fear.

The trolls in troll-hunter are pretty good, not scary but as the film is more comedy than horror they're perfectly done.

I would go along with the ones picked and add my favourites from my youth

Jaws without a doubt gets number 1 billing.

My favourite Gremlins. They are just awesome!

in peter Jacksons king Kong those worm things with teeth are pretty horrific

Everything in that ditch seemed horrible. Certainly wouldnt wanna fall down there!!!
