Is Queens too Slippery?
Just seeing 2 slips in 2 games, its not unusual for people to tumble a lot at Queens. I was just wondering if there was a lot of slipping in Halle as well (ive never watched it). I sometimes wonder if its worth the risk of injury

Till some match play occurs, it may be a bit more slippery, but it also depends on the player footwork. I have not watched Halle 2013 matches yet.
PS: Watching Mayer-Fischer does not seem to indicate slipperiness.

Its a particularly tough transition to make from clay as well where the guys have been sliding into shots...HC to grass would be easier.
These courts are always lush and slick until they've had a fair amount of running of them. Not sure what Queens can do about it besides put sand on top!
