Australia vs Lions 3rd Test: Match Thread
Thought i'd create this thread as there wasn't one already.
My prediction: One of two things will happen, Australia will hammer us or we'll win on penalties.

How long to kick off? This is entertaining fare from the Hurricanes and Highlanders and I can't tear myself away from it.

Can't get this idea out of my head that Roberts will come off injured before half time.

Cheers guys.
Unbelievable offloading in this game. It's a cricket score but it's been incredible to watch. Not a lot you can do on defence with ambition like this.

44 49 to the Highlanders. You have to question some of the defence but I recommend having a scooch at the highlights because there was some incredible offloading and hard running among that.
I feel full and satisfied after that. Perfect appetiser before the Lions match. Hope there's a bit of running in among the big defence.

I'm worried the Lions are going to really miss Warburton when they are up against Smith and Hooper :/

Much more confident in the bench this week than in the last 2 tests - Tipuric, Young Gray and Vunipola can all come on and make an impact, with Tuilagi and Murray to come on if we are behind and need to mix things up a bit.

Re: Australia vs Lions 3rd Test: Match Thread
The Welsh centre combination should see North feel encouraged to come infield more.
Much depends on Australia's ability to assert their gameplan. If they can use the perfect conditions for running to their advantage and get ahead on the scoreboard, we might see the Lions have to chance their arm more. That scenario depends on the Lions pack to a great extent. They didn't impose themselves in the physical exchanges nearly enough last week. AWJ has to have a game like he did against the Waratahs. POC was sorely missed last week.

Roberts as the backs defensive lead could be crucial in this game
Dropping O'Driscoll was a risk, but not the controversy the media have made it out to be. JD2 has been excellent this series

Laughing at Jonathan Davies' brother. Taking the p*ss somewhat! He's just signed a pro contract IIRC.

Watching in a plebless pub in Bangor here. There are less than half than were here for the first test. A good handful want the Aussies to win.

Nathan, we are much too middle class for such vulgarities. I'm as disillusioned as the next person but I'm still supporting the Lions. I'm just not as invested as usual. Fingers crossed they can do it!

Some very questionable versions of Advance Australia Fair. If you are doing to be a turncoat supporter at least learn the words.
