First topic message reminder :

This is where you bid for National League players.

You can also release players to National League sides for a small fee based on Experience here.

For Budgets please see SJE Budget page

Rules for Domestic Transfers from other UK clubs outside the Premiership

1. All domestic transfers need to state (i) full name of player (ii) club signing from and (iii) the initial bidding price.

2. The bid will be accepted/rejected after 24hours.

3. However, if a player is dual-registered the player whose club he is dual registered with will automatically get the opportunity to call that player up into their academy. They will have 48 hours after the initial bid to declare that this is what they are doing. The player must be named in their academy and if they are over the 20 player limit they will have to remove a player from the academy.

4. If this is not done within 48 hours of the original bid being accepted then they will not be entitled to have that player in their academy.

5. There will also be a premium rate for players that move clubs in this way, with a minimum of £1m being paid to the club that loses its academy prospect by means of compensation. This figure will be decided by the person responsible for domestic transfers.

6. If a young player is signed from a rugby league club they will NOT then form part of your own academy unless they are under 18. If you would like an over 18 year old to join your club you must bid from them in the same way you would do a Championship player.

Guys this is getting a bit out of control at the moment.

Am trying to keep up now with the following:

1. SJE your bid for Spencer has been rejected, £1m is not deemed sufficient for an England u20 international and Cambridge are looking for offers of £2m for him.

2. SJE your bid for Teimana Harrison has been rejected because he is a NZ schoolboy and would have to be bought in the foreign transfer window.

3. SJE your bid for Duncan Taylor has been expected.

4. Pooly your bid for Richard Mayhew has been accepted.

5. Pooly your bid for the Mayhew brother that plays for North Harbor has been rejected as per 2. above.

Please all remember that the bidding system has changed to stop people picking up people on the cheap (mostly due to me...) - the system is that bids come in, then if no one has bid for 24 hours you get the player if the transfer fee is deemed high enough.

You can not sign players who are registered to play for England if they play in a foreign country - to buy these players you have to wait until the foreign window opens.

If I have not come back to you then please message me on the Saints page so I can get back to you with the answer as soon as possible. I did not know we had changed the names of the domestic transfer page, so havent been looking at this!

Right, I am confused. I bid for Spencer and Taylor then I thought sje said I had to pay 1 million for Spencer. Then sje said he had signed Spencer and now Chris is saying sje has signed Taylor but not Spencer.

What de feck is going on?

Pete I havent seen your bid for Taylor, how much did you put in for him? Quite honestly I'm confused with what has happened, where the domestic page has gone etc.

Pete what were your bids?

Then SJE put this and I thought he was saying I had to pay that for him, but it would appear he was actually bidding.

I think it's just a misunderstanding the best thing to do imo is

1.Spencer rejoins championship side

2.Bidding resumes with all bids being presented in the following format

'Club X' would like to bid '£x' for the player 'X' from Club 'x'.

That way it clears up what the highest bid is and prevents another Mayhew scenario

Em Harrison is EQ so whats the problem?

Secondly Spencer can only be released for 1m so 1m is more then fair. You yourself have signed youngsters previously for much less. Bid acceptance was to stop people bidding less then what they could be released for etc no? More then a fair offer!!

Thirdly I never bid for Taylor that was Pete.

Yeah I had no problem with him being put into your squad although he wasn't contracted to Sale. As I remember it Mulchrone wasn't in your squad when I bid for him so I didn't see a problem in bidding for him unless you added him and I was querying at the time whether he was yours to add or not.

The thing I fail to see is why Chris can't have Harrision in his academy?
