First topic message reminder :

As a general rule, if you want a world class player (and by world class I mean a player that I consider to be one of the 3 best in the world in his position at the moment), you will be looking at between £20-25 million.

For a top international with over 30 caps, £17-22 million, and an international with less than 30 caps £15-20 million. There may be some exceptions to this in the case of certain players, but this will be the general rule.

There will be an upper limit of £10 million for uncapped academy aged players unless two or more managers want the player and enter into a bidding war in which case there is no upper limit.

Bids for uncapped players who are over academy age limits will be judged on their own individual merits.

He's not capped mate so I wouldn't be looking for you to pay more than that.

He was on my radar, boy is mustard. Form FB in NZ couldn't believe he didn't get in squad

NZ and SA have serious depth in most positions, got to be good to get in their squads.

Very good he is not young. His positioning is all over the place thats why he is not in nz squad. Has had some awful errors
But outweighed by the magic. Ben smith is ahead of him and he is another who suffers from not knowing when to stick or twist. Good player but positioning and option taking sometimes very questionable. Both 100 percent attack focused

Taylor is 24 so hardly old. Plays wing as well which is nice.

First 3 teams will get cash injections tomorrow, followed by 6 who get theirs on Friday and then the final 3 teams will get theirs on Sunday.

Pete - has a decision been made on whether Driver can keep as Exeter, say even if Welsh were promoted through the legal ramblings etc? Just could be a bit unfair if he builds his team up and then Welsh are told they are promoted!
