Re: Saracens Rugby Football Club
I would be willing to add:
Neil Briggs
Rob Vickers
Gareth Steenson (not sure if he is EQ or not. heard he may be a while back)
and if you put something else into the deal Jon Clarke or Lewis Moody could be an option.

For Mullen....
Rate Mermoz highly (just off world class) mate, would take a substantial gain elsewhere with somebody of a similar standard for him to leave.

Can see your thinking but not after losing top class for potential. How about:
Mermoz + Wiggles + Gray + 8m
36 + Parra + Mullen

Re: Saracens Rugby Football Club
Kitchener in too might tempt me lol.
Really keen on Parra as you can guess but looks like nothing is happening.
I'm happy to do deals on top players but need similar standard back really. Can see a lot if sides doing well during the WC but it's only a handful of games, not worth losing your best players over.

The obvious players interest me Pocock etc but can't see us doing anything for him. I really like Mermoz and I'm prett keen to keep hold.
I do like Mullen & 36 but need quality in to lose Mermoz and just see anyone in that list I fancy.
I'd prob need Parra involved mate, sorry.

Needs to get his Worcester place nailed first, Rawlinson starts the bigger matches. I was quite surprised with that as I thought he was doing well in the champ.

Haven't heard that, just thought Rawlinson was prefered. He'll prob start I guess, his loose play is suited to a Ba's game.

Re: Saracens Rugby Football Club
Bizarrely Attwood lacks a bit of nastiness. Always has. Have known of him through local rugby for ages and always the same.
Kitchener does not lack the physical edge it just takes time to hit physical maturity. Rawlinson is one tough man and for the championship and the AP perfect. I released him as i had so many 4s.
Great person for Kitchener to learn off. Personally i really rate kitchener.

Yea agree with that mate, a move to Leicester would work wonders for him. Him and Parling would make a great partnership with Deacon struggling for injuries.

Re: Saracens Rugby Football Club
My understanding is that you were considering one of these offers.
Houghard and Briggs/Vickers for Rees
or as I put yesterday
Jones + Cueto
for
Castro + Houghard + Vickers/Briggs/Croall

I can't lose those players. They are too important to my squad. I wouldn't let them go for any price at the moment.

But you would be getting an England International in the front row? Gold dust

If you need Hines/Nallet involved, i'd want something extra in my favour.

Re: Saracens Rugby Football Club

And not injured at the minute and in French squad....that's a terrible offer which I'll counter with Arr for Parra?

Re: Saracens Rugby Football Club
I think Hines > Nallet, and you think the same as you have been chasing that swap for a while.
I also think Cole > Cueto, so I would be weakenening my EQ contingent. I'm not overly fussed on Cueto. He's getting on, and i've got a good set of wingers as it is.
I'm not overly bothered on brining in Jones - I think Jones is going downhill, and Cole uphill, so that swap doesn't really interest me.
Hines, Dusautoir, Toeava
for
Nallet, Pocock, Jane
Is the basis of our negotiations. We both agree on Dus and Pocock even and Toeava and Jane even, but I think (and think you do too) Hines > Nallet, so i need something else in my favour.
Could be any of:
Chuter/Duffey
Wood/Crane
Ranger/Tuilagi
Goode/Allen
Let me know your thoughts
