Think I should be ok when Higginbotham comes back, may keep tabs on him though, also Garvey seemed to have a fairly good game this weekend!!

Reluctant as always to let Quedragoa go mate. Suits my backrow to a tee. Would need a replacement backrower and a good gain else where to let him go

See Quedragao as better then Wood but Woods EQ evening it up. Left the Elsadt part of the deal open for you to name your price though as Im sure you will be reluctant to sell after only signing him during the summer

He's looking pretty good, could be a very good move for him coming down your way.
I'd have done something with 36 but that's out, how about something with Mullen or Trinder?

Depends who you'v got available mate as i'm 99% through a deal with 207 which see's Skrela come my way.
Mark Cueto , Henry Trinder and Bob Casey interest me who you are likely to be willing to part with i imagine. Owen Farrell and Zanni interest me from the rest

Re: Saracens Rugby Football Club
Lakafia + Balshaw
for
Cueto + Casey
That's the deal i'd be more inclined to do.
But is it really the same as this offer in terms of value to my team
Mercey + Myler + Lakafia 4 Fielden + Skrela + Delve
I'm improving at 10 , getting a 8 who is available all year round and a solid finisher.
Could you Pm me your thoughts on that offer bud.

Re: Saracens Rugby Football Club
I don't think I can Pete, after Trinder & Mullen there's a substantial leap in quality Adam Jones/BdP/Elstadt/Corbs etc.
The nearest I'm interested in are Trinder/Mullen/Kitch
Seeing anything?
I thought of Gray + Forsyth for Trinder as possible...two England U20 players, quite hard to put something together

Re: Saracens Rugby Football Club
Pete trinder has been great last 2 games for gloucester. they have moved May to 12 as he is a bit stronger in contact and a bit more of a footballer and it has worked wonders.
Trinder is great taking the outside shoulder and his pace puts him through the tackle really often.

Re: Saracens Rugby Football Club
I bet you would mate - two backs are way out of Mullan's league and Attwood will be in the England team by the 6Nations replacing Shaw or Deacon, whilst Mullan will be with the Saxons.
The list on the homepage includes the guys I am willing to let go from my squad.

Wouldnt want to take a big gamble like that, think Mullan is a good player, but not worth losing big players for and all of those are big players for me, so wont go any further with it mate.

Re: Saracens Rugby Football Club
I was happy to deal on that mate until my dinner break today when i done some Bob Casey research and discovered a lot of Irish fans don't expect to see him play again.
If you think you can make a new offer based around Cueto and Lakafia feel free to.

Brok Harris - returns week 11
Seilala Mapusua - returns week 12
Thierry Dusautoir - returns week 13
James Short - returns week 14
Bob Casey - returns week 15
Lose Thierry and have Tom Wood as a replacement - Everyone's squads have come on so much in this league!

Re: Saracens Rugby Football Club
It may well give an insight but i still think its horses for courses. If Carter and Sharples and dagg were available i would still play much the same style but would definitely let the ball out more and try more off the cuff stuff like quick throws etc.
as you know i am always a huge fan of Forwards bashing the hell out of the opposition and then putting gloss on with the backs

thats true we both have some key players missing. however most of mine are in the backs and yours spread about a bit more.
Gloucester i reckon about 6th. have lots of talent but lack depth particularly in front row and at ten

Looks like Stuart Barnes has singled out Tom Wood as future England captain, really interesting article yesterday by him that said Johnson picked odd captains and needed to go with youth and someone that could be our version of Warburton. I can't see Tindall playing again for England and would be surprised if Easter got the captaincy because it doesn't show any long term planning.
Reckon you might have the next England captain in your team there!

I do rate Mullan a lot, but am struggling in the second row area for quality if I let Attwood go out on loan too. is there anyone else you would want for him?

Could do Lamont? He'd add some beef to your backline, especially from fullback - with wet weather coming in he could be a great addition until x-mas?
