I will answer your question as I don't think D4 will......Manny has knocked out nobody at WW, nada,zilch,zero. He couldn't even knockout the human punch bags Marg or Clotty. All he has done at WW is win a title at a catch-weight and got dropped to the seat of his pants/badly hurt by a 40year old shell.

I do find it odd that D4 can argue that Manny is the fighter who hits hardest, fastest and most accurately with the highest punch output at welterweight. If all of this were true surely his fights would never get past the 6th round?

It's just not true though, and he knows it. Just like he won't mention % landed, because mayweather landed a much higher percentage than Pacquiao, while Mosley landed the same % in both fights. Anyway, I can't be bothered to waste any more time on the foolishness right now.

Mayweather landed 44% of total punches thrown vs Mosley.
Manny landed 31% of total punches thrown vs Mosley.
I wonder who is the more acurate puncher.... also Mayweather didn't get rolled like a drunk vs
Mosley unlike Manny.

Thats my point you can claim exactly the same thing about Mayweather or any other fight that has gone up in weight.

But these allegations without foundation are constantly been thrown at Pacquiao.

Mayweather's smear campaign is a part of it but there is something more sinister going on.

I don't like this idea that Americans discriminate against anything non American...Manny is just coming out of a 1.4m buy PPV there.

Americans don't discriminate any more than we do and some of their boxing fans are among the most knowledgeable. You only have to look at Williams, Bradley etc to see that they don't blindly support American fighters.

Merchant is a great in boxing though and most of his points are right.

That's one person who's said one thing, the fight wasn't put in jeopardy because of Hopkins reluctance to take a blood test though was it.

With Pacquiao you have various guys in boxing who believe he's on something, the first of whom to speak vocally was Paulie Malignaggi, then there's the Mayweather family etc.
