Don't know that it works quite like that, but it's Fluxy's call. I would really go for a prop now though

Re: Super League Homepage
CF I think you'll find that you need it to be confirmed that YOUR bid has been accepted. I'd seriously reconsider and look at signing some props as your team will be inelligble every game until then which technically IRL leads to a forefit

Do you really think Marshall is better than these guys who have all been capped by the SANZAR nations?

Re: Super League Homepage
Probably Serfontein, but not a massive amount in it IMO. Marshall could come out of the 6N a star if he is played regularly

I do, as CF had released him. I have forgotten to confirm that however!

I apologise for my indiscretions in the past few weeks. Just starting out in a new job so still trying to find a routine! If anything is out of shape, leave a message somewhere and I should get around to it in better time now anyways!

Yep, no need to apologise!
Not sure if you saw it, but I mentioned I'd be happy to take over tracking of budgets, releases and foreigns etc, might help lighten the load a bit and leave you with the match threads etc

Haha cheers guys!
I have kind of worked that out, but it's nice to know I have regular work!
Bathite, we won't be losing players through call ups. Although come the next round of injuries there will be a variation on the format.

Where do you guys think I'm coming up short? Seem to be in a lot of close defeats, and haven't managed to get a try bonus point yet either.
Is it my tactics, or a specific area I need to improve?

Think 9 is an obvious one for me. Read immense, but Carter not at his best, so need a real top class 9 to link it all.

Re: Super League Homepage
A truly class 9 would make a big difference, and I think it's worth having another good kicker (out of hand) somewhere to take the pressure off Carter. For NZ and Crusaders he has Dagg, and Folau is a great player but doesn't help out in that area for me. Tactics are pretty good but all tactics can do with a bit of tweaking. With your back 3 being much better attackers than defenders, I'd really look to get it wide to them early, thinking about some crossfield kicks to ruin the blitz defence (Carter for sure can do them) and then when uh defence drifts outward to prevent any space on the outside, gaps would appear in the midfield which your running centres could use. But the reason you lost this week was home advantage!

Re: Super League Homepage
Top class 9s still on the table- is FDP gone yet? TJ? Yachvilli unfortunately out of form. Kockott not quite as good as last season, ditto Fotuali'i though he's still a handful.

Re: Super League Homepage
Thanks for the feedback guys.
FDP is still around, how would you rate him given he is in Japan? Who is TJ? Apologies if I'm being thick! What about Connor Murray?
Also, how do you view Davies and Piutau as kicking options in the backs?

Davies very clever off the hoof , Pitatau not see enough of his kicking game to make a decision.

Re: Super League Homepage
Never really seen JD2 kick, ever. Piutau can, hard to help out from wing though. I suppose Folau on the wing and Piutau at FB would work better in that respect.
Doesn't Ozzy have Murray?

Re: Super League Homepage
I've always thought Davies had a good left boot on him, might be wrong though .. might try switching Piutau and Folau for the next game.
Don't think Murray has gone, unless he's not listed on the Sharks page
