Foreign transfers page

1) One bid on a new player per day.
2) As many counter bids/unlimited bids on that player as you want
3) If player doesn't receive any more bids after 8.30pm vote goes to moderators.
4) If player receivers bid between 8.30pm and 10.30pm bidding gets carried over to next day. It doesn't count as your bid for the next day
After 10:30pm I'll put up results

Right what we're gonna do for today is carry over the bids from yesterday, and those teams still have a bid for today.
But the teams that didn't get a bid in yesterday will have two bids for today only to compensate for my shambles

So can I bid on someone new now, being a new day, but still be able to counter any bids for Patterson? Or do I have to wait until the bid is either accepted or rejected?

You can bid on someone new now, and counter bids for Patterson yes.
