It means on the player you've bid on for the day. Only allowed to bid on a player a day (or two cos I cocked up yesterday)
Sorry wasn't around to clarify this earlier

I was under the impression you could introduce 1 new player every day and bid on as many others as you like. Nothing has really changed from the initial rules then. It's too late now anyway.

Expected Wake to cost that much and he was one of my premier targets.
Did seem that everyone was underbidding by a long way, based on the guidelines

Bloody hell missed the start of the foreign transfers
Better play catch up
Just to be sure
So if I put a bid in for a player is this the only player I can bid on /buy that day or can I counter bid on another player afterwards

I was hoping that people would bid me up on mine, didn't want to start too high!
For the players I have had rejected today, can I bid on them again tomorrow as well as a 'new player' too? Or is it start from scratch with one bid tomorrow?

Your bid from today that's carried over for tomorrow, doesn't count as your bid for tomorrow

That's the only player you can put a bid in for that day. But you can bid on that player as many times as you like

That was my thinking.NYJ wrote:I was under the impression you could introduce 1 new player every day and bid on as many others as you like. Nothing has really changed from the initial rules then. It's too late now anyway.
Each team gets one new bid each day. That would give a maximum 12 players (+ any carried over).
You could then counter bid on any of those 12 that day.
If you can only counter bid on your own initial bid there would be no 'bidding wars'.
Rules 3) and 4) seem to work pretty well. Everyone knows whether bid have been accepted, rejected or carried over before next day.

Re: Foreign transfers page
I think Cordrelle Patterson should have been accepted. He's not even a full time player at Minnesota.
So of I wish to keep bidding on Sean Lee, can I also bid on Jurrell Casey since he was my pick yesterday?

Re: Foreign transfers page
Well you would only be able to bid on 1 player a day, whether that was a new player or someone already bid on is up to you. You can easily withdraw your original bid if there's someone you want more being bid on by someone else

Re: Foreign transfers page
Olly, your bid:
Mack 15m - rejected
One of the best centers in the league, going to need more cash to get the Browns to part.

Yes you can continue to bid on Sean Lee and he doesn't count as your new bid as he wasn't resolved yesterday. If he had been rejected and you wished to bid for him he'd count as your bid today

I'm certainly not bidding on any other part of his anatomy.
