11 Bold predictions, revisted.
Have a look what you and others predicted at the start of the season and see how well you're doing at about half way.

3) Jose Mourinho will have abandoned his new 'maturity' by Christmas
4) All three promoted sides will have different managers by the end of the year
5) Liverpool will finish above Everton
6) Gary Hooper will be the highest scoring Englishman but not make the World Cup squad
7) Newcastle will sack Alan Pardew
8) Manchester United will finish below City, but do the double over them
9) One of the promoted sides will gain wins over two of City, Chelsea or United.
10) Stuart Pearce will return to Premier League management
1) Still possible, although unlikely.
2) Did happen.
3) I think this is the case, considering his comments on Wenger amongst others.
4) Came close to getting this, only Hull didn't change.
5) Likely now.
6) Not at all likely, Sturridge is far ahead. He won't make the World Cup squad though haha.
7) Rumours a couple of weeks ago, would be weird for it to happen now.
8) Second half wrong, first half right.
9) Cardiff have done this I believe.
10) Not yet, not likely now.

Takes a very deep breath! Here's mine:
1)
2) Oh gawd, I didn't say that did I?! I was touting them as outsiders for the league by September!
3) Dear me!
4) There's talk...
5) Unlikely.
6) Still possible.
7) Maybe?
8) Hasn't kicked on as I would have hoped.
9) His position at QPR is on shaky ground, and a vacancy is about to open up at West Brom.
10) Oh yes.
Thank Heaven we English can laugh at ourselves!
- Spoiler:
- Here goes in no particular order:
1) United will win the Premier League.
2) Liverpool will finish outside the top ten.
3) Wenger will be sacked by Christmas after Arsenal don't make it past the CL group stages.
4) John Terry will come out of international retirement.
5) Stoke will be relegated.
6) Chelsea will win the Champions League.
7) A second-tier English club will win the FA Cup.
8) Gary Hooper will make England's world cup squad.
9) Harry Redknapp will end the season managing a PL club.
10) Roy Hodgson will lead England out of the wilderness, and into the promised land of world cup glory.

2. Cardiff to sweep the season series with Swansea
3. Jose Mourinho to finish season as the winningest coach in PL history
4. Liverpool will win a trophy. Man United won't. (Community Shield is about as prestigious as my hairy sack! Only counts if it's YOUR club)
5. Random fan will throw Americanisation into bold predictions
6. Petr Cech to break his own record for PL shutouts
7. One established team will be relegated
8. Arsenal player commits terrible foul and Wenger sees it
9. Kevin Phillips to have a heart attack on a Palace counter (dude is old!!!)
1. Only Fulham messing up that
2. Half right
3. On the way to being spot on
4. Liverpool part not likely
5. Spot on
6. Coming along nicely
7. Currently two in the bottom three
8. Might have happened at some point
9. Is that why he left?
Don't know why I only did nine.
Re: 11 Bold predictions, revisted.
- Spoiler:
- Eden Hazard will be POTY
United will start slowly, but will finish 3rd and win a trophy
This is Wenger's last season as Arsenal manager
Rooney, Suarez and Bale will all stay where they are until at least January
Jonathon Williams to be Palace's star player
Aguero to be top scorer
Joe Kinnear KO3 Alan Pardew
1) Having a great season, but it will probably be Suarez
2) Well, they started slowly
3) Highly unlikely now
4) 2 out of 3 ain't bad
5) Hmm
6) He probably would be if he hadn't been injured
7) Pardew pulled off the upset

I think I must have the worst prediction out of anyone.
Wenger to be sacked by christmas.
They were top of the league.
Cardiff, Palace and Stoke to go down, closest one so far.

If I remembered correctly it was meant to be a funny thread?! All of you have gone for normal, dull things!
Pretty scared that I picked out Theo being injured, but he is brittle

1/ Luis Suarez to commit a minor infraction (blowing his nose) and the Country's tabloid press to go into meltdown.
2/ Ashley Cole still to be rocking the "fro-hican" haircut as Cheryl isn't around to tell him it's not fashionable.
3/ Moyes to blow a gasket when Utd lose to a team in the bottom five and a reporter asks whether or not he's bitten off more than he can chew
4/ Wayne Rooney to score a goal that either takes seven deflections, hits his own ar$e before crossing the line or is one of the worst scuffs ever seem in the EPL and the tabloid press to go into meltdown screaming "Rooney back to brilliant best"
5/ Rooney to be seen eating burger and tabloid press to go into meltdown screaming "He just can't help himself can he?"
6/ Rumours to do the rounds that David Beckham is available for signing in January
7/ Michael Owen to still be whinging on that he never got a fair shake at Utd and that Liverpool ruined his career.
8/ Mark Clattenburg to get rid of that stupid haircut after a small child is seen laughing at him.
9/ One player to have three decent games in a row and the tabloid press go into meltdown scream that he's a shoe-in for POTY
10 / Gareth Bale to leave Spurs but only to fill in at London Zoo when one of the monkeys takes poorly
11/ Liverpool Football Club to delight and frustrate me in equal measure with the only saving grace that my wife's team (Man Utd) produce the square root of sod all so she can't rub it in....again!!!!!!

Oh I dunno Chris. You've said a couple of relatively nice things about the 'Pool this season.
Hence why I now acknowledge West Ham winning the World Cup.
