Just googled it Urban dictionary says "giving a false impression" whilst another site says good looking.

Weng is one of those words that can be used for anything.

Where I'm from, down these endz, weng means either good/nice, or large.

Peng is used to denote someone you find attractive based on physical appearance.

Leng is to take an extended period of time.
