Manny at 1 and the untested GGG at 3...
Do me a favor.

I think more or less the same as Hammersmith - pretty happy with my top six and think they're set in stone at the moment (the names, not necessarily the order). But outside of that there are a lot of pros and cons for each man and basically nothing between the majority of them.

With this being a 2014 p4p list, maybe we should exclude fighters that haven't fought in 2014. Wards obviously a talent but giving him one of the usual 2 to 4 slots is starting to seem unfair when he's not fighting.

I'm not sure I'm completely happy with that. Other than my 1-2 which I'm pretty set on, the others could all move around a fair bit. Wlad may seem too high to many but ultimately he's taken on all his mandatories and thrashed them. Ward slips down, just isn't fighting enough. Kovalev's complete thrashing of Hopkins nudges him into the top 5. From 8 down, much of a muchness really. GGG would probably be higher if he could secure some big fights (not his fault maybe but can't rank on hypotheticals...). Stevenson may feel a little low but his ducking of Hopkins and Kovalev (in my eyes) annoyed me .

I don't want to turn this into a Manny vs. Floyd debate. But (1) Manny's recent CV and performances are better and (2) if they ever did get in the ring together I think the current Manny Pacquiao would beat the current Mayweather based on recent performances.
In addition, Manny's overall CV (despite the losses) is better than Floyd's.

His recent CV is not better in the slightest, how does losing to Marquez twice make his CV better and Alvarez is a better win than any of his recent wins. His better performances namely one came against Algieri, aside from that he didn't outperform Mayweather when he was outclassing Guerrero and Alvarez.

You have Tim Bradley above Canelo Alvarez in your P4P rankings???? Is a victory over an unbeaten Tim Bradley, coming of the back of a UD victory vs. Marquez, not a better "W" to have on your CV?

No for the simple fact Alvarez is a lot bigger and was not at a weight Mayweather is comfortable at, Catchweight or not. Bradley was unbeaten on paper only, Pacquiao had already beaten him.
