QOTD: Bosses/match writers/segment writers...who on the roster do you enjoy writing for/is there anyone you struggle with?

Re: 6CW Chat V.2
For me personally there aren't people in particular I like to write for but I enjoy writing match ups where two contrasting styles go head to head...for instance a smaller power house taking on a powerful monster or a technical wrestler taking on a straight up brawler.

I always liked writing for Cassidy, bit of a laugh. Anything I can take over, nothing too generic. I liked being disgustingly heel with Costello, angry with Viper. I'll probably enjoy Kray. Kelsey was probably my best

Re: 6CW Chat V.2
I am really enjoy writing as JJ and Dubois. I like those segments that have two contrasting characters in them and you have to get their voices just right, so they don't sound the same. There is one I did this week.
Wood was a bit of a chore to write for, especially those with Emmy, that were so sickly sweet. But he gets better with a bit of aggression.
I think if you read the promos, the easier it is. No-one gets the voice as good as the handler of the character, so it is always the best place to look for killer phrases and hooks.

I enjoy match writing for Grace, my favourite part of match writing is the commentator interactions and crowd reactions... So having someone like Grace that can really spark some heat between the brothers or split certain sections of the crowd is fun to write.
I would quite to try my hand at segment writing for masters as I like arogant heel type character.

It's always fun writing matches for high-flyers, especially gimmick matches, just come up with as much batshit crazy stuff as you like!
Re: 6CW Chat V.2
Grace is reasonably fun to write for but I find it hard not to make him just a knob.
I always liked Gazzy's other guy with the name I've completely forgotten.

For any other character, being made to look a knob would be frowned upon. But I embrace it for Grace

Wood is basically a guy who hasn't grown up yet and is either so happy he becomes arrogant and cocky OR so angry he throws strops or puts himself in danger.

The Talent? Yeah I think that is Gazzys
Morning everyone. The show has crept up on me. What do you think about the added stipulation to the JJ and Costello match now?

Re: 6CW Chat V.2
Yeah I really liked the character Phillips but work got so hectic that I couldn't have two characters, can barely do even one at the minute
I think I actually preferred Phillips to gazzy, but I think gazzy was more important to the 6cw progression
I don't have a favourite for writing matches as I tend to like writing for different people each week otherwise my matches always seem a bit the same with the same spots and moves being used....I enjoyed writing the Joshua/Bam match for the last show, even if it was fairly one sided

Re: 6CW Chat V.2
Spoken like a true fed head who palms off the work
I think the battle royal will end up having a heel win it. They come in at #30 at Gateway to Glory, thinking it is a dead on cert they will win. Meanwhile, a plucky face has been in the match for a long time and ends up beating the #30 entrant to win the match.
Bearing that in mind.......
Masters to get #30
Harris to win Gateway to Glory
As for JJ v Costello, I see JJ losing and the EWF title match still being Costello v Dubois at DoR. However, I hope Dubs is around for that. Don't fancy being in M's shoes for promo-ing for one of the biggest shows of the 6CW year on his own.

Paul is the guy that when you're moving into a house carries the plastic containers and pretends to carry the heavy stuff like wardrobes by just placing his hands on it...

Viper is doing Predo's after the show for DoR. My personal ones (without my characters being involved) is still Masters for #30 and Harris to win GTG.
Thoughts?

Re: 6CW Chat V.2
I just realised Adamson is in the battle royal. I'm going for him to be number 30. It seems fitting for the champ to be the last entrant, it will make an interesting story if he wins the GTG match. Could set up a unification match.
