'...Rafa having a staggering level of fitness..'
Well, the same could be said of Novak during and after 2011. Rafa could sustain his level better than anyone else because he's trained to withstand pressure and stays mentally focused longer than anyone else. Novak couldn't do that hence his ups and downs during a long match.

I do think if Murray gets going it could be interesting. Djokovic has won something like one grand slam in his last five finals, a virtual final against Rafa in RG 2013 (with all due respect to Ferrer). Could the scars return?

Murrays 2nd serve is truly tragic, I just can't understand how he can go this far into a career and not address it.

Brief thoughts - Murray's first serve deserting him and not converting enough break points. Novak serving for the first set.

Just what the hell.
Novak won that dogfight.
Such a premium a Djokovic break. Can't give it back.

Novak currently winning 45% of points on 1st serve (gulp!). Murray 27% on 2nd (expected).

Got to wonder what Novak has done there.
Has to maintain his composure here. He is still in the driving seat.

If Djokovic and Tom Brady could lose on the same day... I think I might be in sporting heaven.
Difficult match to call at the moment. I have to think Djokovic will end up victorious, but Gerry has had a flawless run of predictions this entire tournament, and he's backed Djokovic

Whatever happened to Novak 2011 edition, looking by recent performances, he's not gonna be coming back. Panning forward unless Djokovic finds that previous level, it will be incredibly hard for him to beat Nadal at Roland Garros.
