Re: France v Scotland, 5 September
There is a lot of unfounded pessimism about this game. Remember all the clichés; it depends which French team turn up on the day etc etc.
This is the French team that was honking in their first game against England but then pumped them in the return match. I haven't seen the game but going by press comment (admittedly, primarily English press so there may be a bit of bias), it was England's turn to be honking.
That said, if we get our arses handed to us, make room for me on the pessimism bandwagon please.

Wales look light they might be losing Webb and 1/2p - very worried about who we're going to lose

If you start a game worrying about possible
Injuries then you are likely to get them! Hopefully players dont share your concerns RDW! Good luck all. The only player I really would be concerned to lose would be Picamoles. The rest are expendables.

Re: France v Scotland, 5 September
I'm sure players are very much concerned about getting injuries - they'd be lying if they said they weren'r!
And, as fans who have no bearing on the game, we're allowed to be worried about picking up injuries surely?
Especially when France has many, many more players to choose from.

Huge physicality from Franve - we're just about coping. Big effort from the Gray's and Denton do far

This is intense. A real test match. Hard to believe there won't be injuries at this rate.
We need to sort this scrum out.

Will certainly take that first half!
Leading, defence doing generally good, scrum holding up, lineouts a shambles.
I'm just worried what happens when our bench comes on.

Re: France v Scotland, 5 September
Have to say that Seymour's defence has been garbage tonight. He's missed a few easy tackles. Hopefully just a bit of rust.
France are there for the taking mind. They're managing to fck things up themselves with our help.

Re: France v Scotland, 5 September
Collision with Picamoles. Not clear if blood or head injury, but he hasn't come back on so head knock most likely. Hopefully just a precaution, as Reid looks to be struggling against the powerful French scrum.

Agreed on Seymour. He's almost trying too hard, as by coming up so fast he's easy to step.
