I can just about get on board with your tolerance of hi-tec trainers but the cheese and onion sandwich is beyond the pale.

On that note, I listen to Xfm Manchester on the commute to and fro to work. I like the music it plays (a high number of Manchester based bands and indie songs) as well as the two main DJs Tim Cocker and Clint Boon (from the Inspiral Carpets) who have just the right amount of chat mixed in with the songs.

Because then Xfm Manchester ceases to exist, replaced by Radio X, a male focused radio station with DJs Chris Moyles, Johnny Vaughan, Ricky Wilson and Vernon Kay. To which already Vaughan has said he's looking forward to the 'banter'.
Somehow the radio station I enjoy appears to be being taken over by Loaded Magazine circa 1995.

The fact that people at Radio X still believe Chris Moyles to be relevant is indicative of how quickly this will fail.

I am going for an evening in Harrogate in a couple of weeks, any tips greatly appreciated. Unless one of those tips is Betty's Tea Room and in that case whoever suggests it can have it on their trotters before I stripe them.

Try Wee weeing with your eyes closed while standing. The brain recognises the cognitive memory and your accuracy will increase therefore less spillage
