The most impressive thing about Hooper and Pocock is that they never stop and seem like they could run, tackle, be offside etc all day long

Yep. England discipline has been very good when defending at the moment.

Anthony Watson's boots must be the same shape as a stealth bomber. That "kick" was shocking. The guy is like greased lightening and he does that??!!

I think they're going for the high tackle decision? Easy 3 points for Aus.

Shaun Veldsmans intervention crucial in deciding this game. It's yellow. It will be 3 points.
I agree with the penalty, yellow is harsh.

Re: England vs Australia, 3 October
Thought Burgess would be going in the bin at first, didn't even see OF's hit. I can't argue with the yellow tbh. Although how Hooper avoided a yellow card in the first half is beyond me, so maybe it is harsh.

Yellow is harsh. Wasn't there a tackle off the ball in the first half that was only a penalty?

Re: England vs Australia, 3 October
That must have been a tough decision, as both Farrell and Burgess committed an offence. Kind of feel for England there. There's been lots of high tackles and twisting necks at the breakdown in this tournament and not that many yellow cards.

The Hooper one which was worse doesn't even go to the TMO but that gets a yellow card, sorry Poite but you've had a shocker.

Well, at least England now have something to blame. Weren't overtuning a ten point deficit anyway... But the yellow brings that touch of injustice which makes these defeats palatable.
