Nothing in the tackle on Sexton but tackling the 9 was utterly daft.

And that's why the ref had to have a word with him? look, I couldn't be bothered arguing, and will leave you to your one-eyed views.

Lol. If it had no arms in the tackle it would of been a penalty. Not a quick chat.
Perhaps you are being one eyed?

England lacking intensity here, need to focus.

That looks like the grand slam gone. Englands defence looks suspect,, the crowd are all over them. Well done Ireland. Such a good side.

Irish 10 man rugby is working, we need to get a grip. Carry hard and and straight and stop the Irish momentum.

Good try, I think that's when Ireland's multiphase game looks really effective.

That isn't what happened. O'Mahony and Best went over the ball, England were holding on, and O'Mahony was cleared out onto the wrong side of the ruck. England were still holding on, though. The referee took a while to give the call.

The ref was shouting release to best yet he didn't and then stole the ball.

Nothing to do with Best. All to do with replacing Toner.

Yes, I would have thought they would be targeting it, but maybe saving a little something for later.

That is what happens when Schmidtball works - huge possession stats. But that's also why it is so inconsistent. It needs to be almost errorless and is hugely taxing. I don't think we reap the rewards for it. Only 7 points ahead with 75% possession.

Henderson is so much more rounded a player than Toner, he's been a great replacement.
