Can an over reliance on one player severely hamper improving the team as a whole?

I know I used to do that and was so quick to say NFS. We all want a massive deal for our stars but would it be better to have a good team across the board or an average one and a couple of stand out ones?

Difficult to say

I think everyone likes balance, but in those tight games the superstars make the difference

Just seen Koeman has gone. Relieved was my snap reaction which says a lot.

I would normally campaign for loyalty, but we just look like we don't know what we are doing on the pitch, and we are trying to crowbar Rooney and Sigurdsson into the same team, when they both want to play in the same place.

He had a squad which was over 25 once the squad was counted and he had 28, so got 3 extra injuries.

Probably out of our reach but I’d love to try and tempt Ancelotti.

Realistically, I can see us trying for Rafa Benitez or Sean Dyche, and then appointing David Unsworth

And I pray they don’t go for Moyes. We have both moved on and shouldn’t go back.

Right, all games are now up.

I'm allowing everyone to add £1.5m as I know people have had personal stuff going on which is completely understandable. The rules will be back to normal as of next week in terms of deadlines etc though.

Thanks for letting me get the results up before the deadline, can't remember that happening for ages.

This is probably the first time I've been accused of being too attacking with a team selection - in my eyes, you kinda have to be with the draw not being an option

Youth team question ..

If I sign a player with a TM value, at the end of the season do I have to have him promoted to the first team before I can lawyer him at increased value

And can I play him in normal games even if he's in the youths?
