What plans have been made? Do you mean your signings have been made with an eye on season two?

so you're just gonna walk away rather than just make a slight change? not sure how different it's gonna be regards your targets. also does it not remove the argument regarding tactical voting? that's a big bugbear

lets be honest most targets would work in either format, so that's not really a deal breaker

Bonucci has dropped to 31.5m so nearly within limit, if he's a target for a tactics based league, he'll clearly be a great target on a FIFA based league

If that's Trebs decision can we put the feelers out now for someone to take over his team.

Well at least we're having a full trial of it first. A cup competition would be the perfect acid test.

Write out a fifa system in full, and do a proper vote on what system should be used. If it gets support from everyone against me then change it, and find a replacement for me.

what do you have against FIFA, and why are you so for a reboot after season 2? can I ask what's the point in a league that will run for 2 seasons

I’m fully on board.

I actually don’t see it as such a monumental change as Trebs. All it is doing is resolving issues we have and making it more of a tactics league and less of a stockbrokers league.

I agree Afro, the tactical pre-sets on FIFA are far more indepth than your 200 allowance as currently stands

I'm not taking part. Let me know when the next reboot or league change is and I will return then.

If we can't get a replacement, then whoever was due to face Fusball that week gets the week off, and is responsible for drawing injuries/lawyers to keep it independent

Let's try and get a new manager for Fussball first before we worry about players/fixtures etc.

There must be someone interested on here or ja606, especially given the fresh FIFA angle!!

BTW are we going to all change names to the Aussie team names, for ease?

Would anyone have any issue with domestic transfer discussions happening? But with no deals actually going through until the transfer window opens.

Morning all

I've got no issues with domestic transfer discussions

I assume we're going ahead with the league now Nads is in .. when do foreigns open Very Happy? We also need to decide on prize money etc from season 1, and end of season lawyers if we're having any

Agreed. I've got no issue with domestics.

Shall we aim for the same targeted start date of season 2, which was season starts on Tuesday 3rd, first lawyers on the same day, injuries on the 4th and then tactics on the 6th.

Prize money - I don't think there should be any as we are all going to see a windfall from the TM value increases. Perhaps set prize money for season 2 at the start though.

Right so things we need...

1. Prize money season 1
2. Domestics opening for season 2
3. Foreigns opening for season 2
4. Lawyers plans
5. Injury plans
5. Fixtures for season 2
6. Do we need to tidy up folders (archive season 1 stuff etc)
7. TM limit season 2

Anything else?

Whilst we don't want to exclude anyone from airing their views we also don't want to be hanging around waiting for their opinion which may end up being just 'yeah okay' so please could people say if they want to be involved in this and if they may not be about to forward on their thoughts sooner rather than later so we can get things in motion.

Wouldn't mind some end of season lawyers tbh, there's some players that I've been waiting to get rid of for ages! I'm happy with 3rd April for the opening of the season

Do we have a consensus on what the TM limit for next season is going to be?

I'd happily have EOS lawyers but I think most people would be against me bunging Dembele and Werner in there and reaping the rewards.

If you have end of season lawyers, they need to be at season 1 values, not the season 2 increased ones. After all they "end of season" lawyers, not "start of season"!!!

1. Prize money season 1 - Don't think we need it with value increases we are seeing
2. Domestics opening for season 2 - Immediately
3. Foreigns opening for season 2 - Tuesday on first week of the season
4. Lawyers plans - None until start of season 2, and they are on Tuesday of the first week
5. Injury plans - same as season 1
5. Fixtures for season 2 - happy to generate the fixtures again - much easier now we don't need to worry about voters
6. Do we need to tidy up folders (archive season 1 stuff etc) - would be good to keep them organised
7. TM limit season 2 - no limit

8. Need to decide on team names - I think we should switch to the Aussie league team names to avoid confusion

Also, I'll do a new homepage now

That's fair enough, though for most it'd be a pointless exercise as most players they wouldn't want rid of.

Personally I wouldn't bother at all, but not going to oppose it. If we do it, I have plenty of my players promoted from youth that I would sell at their season 1 value (as its also their season 2 value)
