Wow that was harsh ... pinged for dummy throw but ABs jumped early

Yeah continuous rain well before and during gives the field and players no chance of reasonably good handling.

Anyones game, still think the ABs will nudge it, Jones has prepared England well though. Geez england clearly dont want the ball.

Yeah ABs have strung ten times as many passes together for not a lot of gain, England prepared to kick every ounce of possession as soon as they get it.

Re: My Dad's bigger than your Dad
Small margins - England's line out gone off a bit since getting pinged for dummy throw when in a good field position ... could equally have gone the other way for AB jumping early.

Maybe England are kicking because handling is difficult?

Geez, a french ref going in our favour. Tough that one. Get the feeling we’ll be hearing about that for a looooooong time.

Not for me ... Add to the non penalty for the slap out of play and the dodgy line-out call and England aren't getting the rub ...

Yeah his original standing position was already offside. But try was deserved regardless.
Now England decide to run things?

We're doomed! OF to go to the TMO in the 1st 5 minutes for looking at the ref a bit squint - definite Red Card.

Can see there being masses of debate but for me he was in an offside position from the beginning so didn't matter when the 9 picked it up.

Well I never expected it to be that close and I think England can feel hard done by for a few calls that could have given them the win ... at least it showed some promise for the future.

Farrell should have called for the drop goal, can't blame Care.
Disappointing result, but a good performance.

Re: My Dad's bigger than your Dad
Amazing performance from England. An injury-depleted England outplaying a near full-strength New Zealand for much of the game, with the latter needing bucketloads of help from the officials to get over the line. Far closer than I had anticipated.
Well done to Eddie Jones and the coaching staff for getting the tactics spot on.

Well, we kept New Zealand's score down, which was key to getting a win but didn't do the next part and score more ourselves.

As soon as Barnes said Hartley's England days were over I knew we were in trouble - George then has difficulty seeing a barn door.

Like in South Africa in the Summer good start but get reeled back in.
Well done England with who they didn't have
New Zealand did enough but nothing more and if it wasn't for the lineout might have lost. Not the big win some posted were saying and it was a full strenght AB team
Unsure if this is good or bad for next week
