10 Bold Predictions - 2019/20
Have I mentioned my annoyance that it's soon to be 2020?
10 Bold Predictions, ladies and men (I'm not calling any of you gentleman). Let's be bold here (not in a Ladbrokes advert kind of way) yet reasonable too. Something that's a bit of a statement, maybe, but not covered in your normal predictions.
I'm actually struggling for many right now, so I'll leave it up to you (good?) people to go for it

Re: 10 Bold Predictions - 2019/20
I'll start us off, Dolph
1. Bruce leads the Toon to a comfortable top 10 finish, and reaches the QF of a domestic cup.
2. Harry Maguire is a total flop, and completely exposed at United. Scores an own goal & sent off in one particular game.
3. VAR awards five penalties in an Arsenal game & Nicolas Pepe scores 3 of them
4. Derby County relegated to League One
5. Pablo Fornals with the most assists/Anthony Martial top PL goalscorer
6. Lucas Digne to score the first hat-trick of the season
7. Chelsea, Wolves, and Watford with bottom half finishes
8. Sean Dyche, Roy Hodgson & Eddie Howe, all sacked during the season
9. Arsenal win the PL, Lyon win Ligue 1, Dortmund win Bundesliga, Atlético Madrid win La Liga, and Inter Milan win Serie A.
10. Liverpool finish outside the top 2

I'll go with that first one from Beer as I predicted it in the other thread.
1) Marco Silva is sacked by Everton before December.
2) Poch to leave at the end of the season
3) Hodgson to announce his retirement
4) Che Adams to make an England squad
5) Ravel Morrison scores a wonder goal and two weeks later is fined for missing training.
6) VAR to work fine, but be tediously blamed for all failings
7) 2 red cards in a single Liverpool/City contest
8) TalkSport to call for Chris Wood to make the England squad, blissfully unaware that he's a kiwi
9) Norwich to lose in a game with 8 goals
10) West Ham to play in 3 games with 7 or more goals

Think I’ve seen enough to warrant this one as a correct prediction. Absolute donkey for £80m.
