Maybe, but I was taught at U12s to always watch the other team. The boys in white switched off watching Farrell bleat to the ref.

Nothing wrong with it. Ref blew whistle for time on, no ones fault than England if they still in a huddle...

Such dumb play from Mako.

The silly penalties aside England have been much better. Their carrying has been very direct and making metres. The kicking has been better as well.

If the ref tells you to talk to your team he needs to make sure you've had time to set before putting time back on - if he hadn't told Farrell to do that fair enough.

Yeah, in possession sharper and bringing it into contact more/kicking less. Off the ball, good line speed and tackling, but the same shoddy indiscipline.

England need to be wiser to teams overrunning high balls to prevent the back three running onto the ball. If the oppositions primary chaser overruns like Adams did then (not illegal play just smart) then someone needs to recognise that and step in to take the high ball as the back three player coming in from the backfield wont get there.

Faf and Dupont are excellent at performing that role from scrum-half. New Zealand use a back row forward for it - often Savea. England just aren't responding.

That's shocking from the ref for both tries. Tells Farrell to talk to his players then allows a quick penalty. Second one even LRZ thinks it's forward.

England's indiscipline is what's handing Wales the possession and territory though.
