Surrey have named a 14 man squad for the opening game against Yorkshire Vikings on 25th July at the kia oval.
Surrey are without 15 players from the first team squad due to The Hundred. Tommy Ealham is side lined with a hamstring injury which he picked up on t20 XI finals day.
Nathan Barnwell, Yousef Majid and Amar Virdi have been named in a squad for the first time this year.
Yet again there is no overseas player

sidenote who will get the gloves? Blake had them last Sunday in the friendly game will Foakes give them up again

Probably the last time Virdi will have been announced in a surrey squad so a sad ending.
