Nick - mentioned going to the football section and putting an advert up for it, bring some new blood into the gaming leagues.
What do you think?

I'm just kidding Nick, I will join and so will Afro, give Smarts a few weeks and he'll give in.

Them two really urine me off, they've done it before when we used to be on 606, plus they live in a diffrent country 5 hour time difference I wanna punch them. Afro with your imposing frame and experience in Karata (Pink belt) would you help me beat them up.

Shame if you left Spurs mate. As you know reliable managers are hard to come by and I'd be loathed to lose you.

How about you swap teams with someone instead? Give yourself and new challenge?

No chance I want to end this league.

This is league is still going strong with a good core of managers, plenty of transfers still happening.

I remember captainunited doing it on 606 think twice.

Its not that Afro, I love my Spurs team, I want to make them into the Man United of this league. But no one seems top be having a laugh like we used to. The other day with PineApple was the funniest day on here for ages.
Im staying for the time being, not going to give up on what I know has can can be a great thing. Just wanted you to know im not the happiest with the league right now

Not for me.

I won't be leaving this well established league with reliable managers for a league that will have the same reliable managers, but almost the same number of other managers. Nick will put the effort in and give it his best shot, but ultimately it will come down to the managers whether it lasts or not.

Smarts, im staying for sure.

What the Flip is this cowpat !!

Borussia are happy to negotiate a deal but this will incur additional fees.

Firstly the fee will now rise by £2M to £11M as you could not pay on time. This fee is payable as soon as possible.

For every fortnight the fee has not been paid it will increase by £2M (The first £2M increase will be on the 24th August).

Reus will stay at Borussia until the £11M sum has been paid off by atleast 50% (i.e. £5.5M).

As soon as Tottenham generate any income this income goes direct to Borussia Dortmund until the fee is paid off in full.

These terms are non negotiable.

Flip that Poopie !!! I aint paying Poopie how about that one, Flip the player I aint signing him. Fine me, Auction a player do what the Flip you want as if you want to come up with cowpat like that I will cause cowpat

Smarts is right, get a grip. I ain't going to beg you to stay because I want managers who are totally committed.

You are a top bloke and a great pretend manager, but you aren't irreplacable.

Pull yourself together man and stop being such a girl.

I was the same with Liverpool and got very bored with them in the end. The switch to Sunderland has worked wanders. Much more entertaining.

Ive heard Wiltshire isnt

There seems to be a few Arsenal players out, Wilshire, Verm, Diaby and ? Marks over RVP, Koscielny.

That leaves us short in defence and definately midfield as Nasri and Cesc not named in the squad. Newcastle have a lot of new faces though so I hope they have not gelled properly yet. Cabaye is a top signing for them and Demba Ba can score goals but I hope thats after tomorrow.

If we can bring in Meireles, and 2 of Dann, Jagielka, Samba I think we will be solid this season.

Jadson is a good player. But he is over Wenger usual age policy so I doubt he will pay the money if he can get a work permit. Never know

Arshavin was about £12M I think Nick.
Gervinho is the transfer record I think.

If we brought in Meireles I dont think our midfield is short Nick. Ramsey will be like a new signing, while you forget Fabregas had his most ineffective season to date with us last year. Nasri was great for half the season but he was playing further forward in the 4-3-3 he was in the top 3. Gervinho will be replacing him. I'm more concerned with the defence, don't think the problem will be scoring goals.

It will like the last few years, Wenger blamed injuries on his teams season even though Man Utd had injuries probably worse but the thing was Ferguson knew how to deal with it Wenger does not.

Or will this season be diffrent? How long have you been saying that for? The new Liverpools.

If we brought in Meireles, Ramsey. - I still thingk you will be. You really need some experience in there.
Looks like RVP will be captain. Another great captain choice by Wenger, "errrr you will be injured half season, I pick you Bobin"

I have been hearing from you guys for years we will drop out of the top 4 but we have not lol.
That season we had much worse injuries than you Viva. But still you need to adapt the squad and get a bit of luck to.
I still think Arsenal will be competitive at the top this season, but I also realise we need 2 new signings before the season starts.

If you are going to be realistic title contenders, I think you need 4/5 signings Smarts.

2 x CB, a DM, an AM and a striker. Once injuries hit any of those positions, your replacements just aren't good enough. United, Chelsea and City have much deeper squads.

No you haven't been hearing it from me, I still think if you don't replace Nasri or Fabregas you will finish 4th, still better then Liverpool and Spurs. But does that show the ambition of the team, once winning the title was the objective, then competing and now finishing in the top 4. It depends what you mean by competetitve, if you mean that Arsenal will be fighting for the title and other competitions come March/April I don't think you will.

At the moment I can see you fighting for the title, fading early and then fighting for 4th and maybe get to a semi final in one of the domestic cup competitions and get knocked out.

You are too biased about your club and are blinded by your love, you can't see the fact you are not the same team from the 03/04. What season are you on about where you had more injuries? An it's not about the amount it's how you can deal with them, Fletcher playing RB.
