I thought he held two world titles and lost them both in the same week.

Well Booker T has never held the WWE Championship and has been recongnised with achieving the grand slam and as has JBL.

ECW and WWE. That was a wellness violation, Booker has held the WHC in both WCW and WWE which probably explains why they won't recognise Van Dam.

RVD lost it due to a wellness violation, so maybe that's why that won't recognise it.

Since the purchase of WCW they recognise the WHC as a suitable replacement for the WWE Championship, in the same way the US is recognised alongside the IC belt.

Ah okay, just looked it up on Wiki and it's a combination of a World title (WWE or WHC), secondary title (US or IC), tag team title (WWE or World) and a third title (European or Hardcore).

So why wasn't he recognised to have achieved it?
