The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
First topic message reminder :
Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing picture of newly retired Gareth 'Alfie' Thomas.
Also a special picture of Thomas Domingo and wishing him all the best on a speedy recovery.
So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

It's like going from being a monitor to a prefect isn't it? I suppose you'll be telling us all to get outside at lunchtime and not to run up and down the boards...

Sorry to laugh at your misfortune...how is your back now? Funnily enough there's an article saying you should take up yoga...

You all do make me laugh
That's a good point about yoga, but I personally would recomend pilates for your back Glas. I did Pilates every week for about 9 months, stopped last December, but I haven't had any back pain since, it really does help a lot. Only if your Doc thinks it's a good idea though

Hi guys, there'll be time enough to bore the ar$es off you when we meet up. Suffice to say it was a wonderful experience and NZ can be rightly proud of the 'Stadium of 4 Million'. Catered accommodation at Penfro Towers is already booked out for RWC 2015 !! However, the garden can take 2 tents and the garage can sleep up to 6 on camp beds

Nothing wrong with my eck-sint bro, choice eh ?
MICK - still lagged as a lagging thing. Someone was saying that for every hours difference on the clock it takes a day to adjust back, so only another 7 days before I’m OK
Quick question, have you seen Mathieu Raynal officiating before ? Any thoughts ?

Watching Connacht v Blues at my parents place. Czekaj is a donkey. Tom James is a donkey. Alex Cuthbert is a donkey.

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
Glas, I've heard all three touted for inclusion on Wales's Six Nations squad. I haven't seen Cuthbert play - that'll change on Friday, presumably - but it would make me both sad and angry to see Chris Czekaj and Tom James involved in the national set-up again. Unless they've experienced a Huw-Bennett-esque transformation in rugby-playing ability, which your 'donkey' remark suggests is not the case.

For Czekaj and James to get into the Wales squad at the mo, there'd need to be some barrel scraping going on, surely?

Where's Ummm, can't they afford cameras in Connacht? This solitary camera angle is getting on my nerves. You can't judge distance from the line.

I’m far from an expert on Welsh rugby, but Chris Czekaj is most definitely one of the worst players I’ve seen at the professional level.

I hate his hair. If you ever wanted someone to get a badly needed hair makeover, it's Czekaj. I know it's nothing to do with his performance, but still...

Ah but is he worse than Paddy Wallace though? thats the question.
Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
Pete,
I have seen Raynal, hasn't left much of an impression a la Berdos,Pechambert or Gauzeres(who was awful at Agen last Saturday, for both sides) so I suppose that must be a sign of quality, not being noticed.
