As this has gone quiet, I thought I would add a question.
In the TV show friends, who played Pete Becker? And who was his opponent in his first UFC match on the show?

One of the smaller questions was name and define the three types of agression.
Sport Psychology can now eat my dust as i've finished it, providing I haven't failed either the assignment or the exam

Passive-agressive is one - I've heard it a few times recently. I don't understand it though, what the feck does it mean?

Well the first one is obviously Hostility, the third is possibly belligerent or argumentative hostility? As for "think musical"? Is it Gangsta Rap?

Re: Quiz Questions
i'll give you the first one as it's hostile, where the primary goal is to injure someone and the actions are outside the rules.
May as well say the other 2, the musical one i refered to was instrumental, where there is intent to harm, but the main goal is to win, thirdly is assertive.
PJ as you got one you have a go

Good effort Thomond, one point for Elba, you can have half a point for Corsica which was actually his birthplace, think exploding volcanoes in the 80's and it might give you a clue - not where the island is but the name of it....?

Re: Quiz Questions
Does anyone know how to tell the difference between an "ab" and a hernia, I mean they both "stick out" right?
Also, is 44 years old too old for exercise?
I'm only asking because I went to lift some free weights last night, and the first time I set myself for some squats, I lifted the bar over the back of my neck and it sounded like someone had just poured a lot of milk into a giant bowl of Rice Krispies.
Ta.

Re: Quiz Questions
PJ - need to be careful. I had similar injury (nearly a hernia) when overdoing exercises. Turns out my technique was slightly off. All it takes is one wrong move. You've got to 'visualise the core' if you know what I mean - take the strain there... not on your extremities (i.e exterior muscles) which can tear pretty badly if your not careful.

Thanks fellas, Gibbo for the laugh and Breaker for the information.
I think I'm OK, the slight bulge in my belly is quite hard and feels "muscle ache" sore - I think daddy has his first ab for 10 years
What's the largest organ of the human body?
