Week 2 Results for Tooze's League
NCWF VS TAWA - Draw
NCWF: The Pure blood stuff reminds me of WCW 2000 except done right. The matches were decent.
NCWF
Great chemistry in the matches and I would genuinely want to watch most of the show which is testament to it.
NCWF : Really enjoying the Pure Bloods angle, and think the choice of wrestlers for the stable is immaculate. I don’t know who El Mesaias is, yet his feud with Bully Ray has me hooked in, which is a sign of great booking. Another great end to the show just like last week, leaving me wanting more. Every match served a purpose. There were some negatives, but you don’t want to hear them.
Again another decent show on behalf of Nay & CJ this week in NCWF. Again each match was made clear with great attention complete with different finishes in each match. I enjoying how Bully is being booked, almost like what you can do, i can do better kind of feud, again which is something different. Big fan of Seth Rollins and I'm into the Newbloods angle, again adding DDP to the mix this has legs to last the entire season. Only down point is I think the show could do with 2/3 more women, otherwise it will be Snuka vs. Hama every week.
NCWF - I enjoyed this show, thought the matches were very well written. I like the addition of DDP to the 'Pure Bloods' storyline, really adds some star power to it. Also like your use of Bully Ray so far. Good show
Another good & improving show from TAWA this week. I really enjoyed the show from the raven promo onwards. The tag match sounds like a classic to read with some nice spots, nice to see a tag divison given some attention. The Jerico/Beniot can write itself as both guys are capable of putting on a masterclass, which again adds to the Y2J/Anderson feud nicely. The only negative point I can think of, is that there needs to be one more midcard feud thrown in there as there were 4 matches out of 5, which is fine, but two contained Mark Henry, I get why, i just think a couple more guys in there and the shows could be perfect.
TAWA: Interesting show, excellent spread of matches with a fast paced opener
TAWA - I really enjoyed the matches on this show. They where very well written, and told a great story. I like the whole Jericho/Anderson storyline developing and I thought this was a good show.
AWA : Jericho vs Andersen would be an unbelievable feud in reality, would love to see it happen. I like the development of the tag division, I’m interested to see how good this gets. I wonder if the roster is a little light on star quality and there’s a murderer in the main event, which I’m not too keen on.
MWF VS NXTreme - Winner nXtreme
MWF : Punk and McGuiness is a dream feud, and Vampiro continues to intrigue. A few matches seemed to be stranded on the card without any linkages or progression.
MWF: That 1 line match was weird, it jarred me and kinda threw me off the rest of the card as it was on my mind. The ending caught my attention however.
MWF - I know Tooze had certain circumstances this week so this show was sort of a filler. It continues the feuds well and the events at the end really leave the Main Event feud looking good.
Nice indy feel to the fed, tactics are brief but put across what's going on very well. Perhaps like to see a little more plot over the coming weeks.
Good match card again from MWF this week, Againt the indepth roster of Tooze shows with what looks a good match card on papaer, although the results of 3/4 matches were predicatble. However I am looking forward to seeing where the Mcginness/Punk storyline goes as this could = win!. The Corino/Hernandez match sounded great and what I would have expected. I was puzzled as to why Rhino turned up at the end if Corinio is now entering into a fued with Vampiro but I'll guess we'll see what happens next week.
For me a mixed show from nXtreme. I'm intrigued & curious in the Suicide/Daniels storyline, which I think is Gregers strongest and unique storyline, very well done! I'm just not so sure on the Queen's division which while is a bold move I'm not sure I want to see so many gimmick matches for the women, I also think the show is crying out for a male authority figure. Now getting back on track, the MCMG match along with the tag match were both excellent reads with some good spots. More of this please!
NXT: With the focus on the women I was suprised by the elimination chamber at the start as it really shocked me. The ladder match though seems kinda overkill in my opinion. The matches were great and was nice to end on Sabin v Shelly.
Nxtreme - I really really enjoyed this show. I like how you have your divas as the main thing and I think you are really making it work well. You are nicely building up to the PPV, with the hardcore Divas's matches looking like a highlight. Also enjoyed the World title match a lot. Very good show.
Beautifully written show from start to finish, has you hanging on every word and like any good story has you wanting more the moment you get to the end. Always love having to Google translate lines too
nXtreme : It’s a great show and well written. The ending feels a little twee and doesn’t obviously lay a foundation for next week, and the thought of divas contesting matches with a slightly hardcore element cages/ladders fills me with dread. But it’s unique – and I really like that. I’m going to let this one play out, I’m sure Gregers can pull off, what to me seems like a very difficult task.
RWA vs SCW - Default win for SCW.
SCW - Really liked this show. Sainty has a very superstar studded roster and he is taking advantage of it very well. I enjoyed the segments more than the matches this week in this show, and HBK's arrival was done very very well. Salvation is shaping up to be one hell of a PPV from the reigning champion
Nice complementary matches, can see good chemistry going on there and it's always a dream main event there to look forward to. Sure I recognise that PPV name from somewhere though
SCW : Some super matches on show. The Steamboat situation is a lovely little set-up. I’m not too sure about Randy Orton AND The Rock being a heel force, it feels like a bit of a waste of potential face talent when for me, Sheamus is not a great main event face. Super end to the show – now that’s a main event face, show-stealer! And what a match at the PPV.
I think it might may have been a blessing that SCW had nobody to go against the week as the show was simply incredable in parts. The farther/Son storyline could be decent and its good to see the midcard get some attention. Although the main event never got underway, the whole Sheamus/Orton storyline has been superb and fits really well carrying on from last season. Now the introducion of HBK, just wow that's all i can say.

Re: Season 3 Homepage
Nando's league results wk2
Odnando Valley Wrestling v Norwich City Wrestling Federation
Winner OVW
Both shows were good, Nando used Edge to a realistic effect and it was a believable ending, with the aliiance with Bischoff having potential, but Olly and Mrs T’s effort just swung it for me this week, a lot of effort went into it and it was a cohesive effort. It’s a shame we can’t give out draws, because these two were close.
Both good shows and both extending storylines, so I have to go on which I'd rather watch and it was OVW. The main event had me sceptical but it had huge star power and it was booked well. A mention for the NCW main event and storyline too - also very good.
OVW: I really liked OVW this week however I would like a few more backstage segments and those that there are to be fleshed out a bit. Apart from that a solid show and I especially enjoyed the Edge and Super Crazy wins. Hopefully setting up Taker vs Edge with Eric involved...
NCWF: The McMahon stuff is very very good as is the midcard/tag title scene but please no more Grant Holt! Believe me that she show doesn't need him! Loving Gabriel vs Benjamin as well. Very close match between these two shows this week.
Olly and Amy put on there best show of the season for them so far, lots of good feuds coming to the fore. But they were unfortunate to face what I feel as the show of the week and the one I enjoy reading the most week in week out.
Bum Fight Promotions v Hokori PRO
Winner- Bum Fight Promotions
Hobo’s taken to this like a duck to water and I was amused by the MWB angle and the marker pens at the end of his show, but Enigma clearly has a grand knowledge of wrestling and has put a lot of thought into his season and as a result, it made for a solid continuation of last week. I thoroughly enjoyed his show and he was a worthy winner.
Such an incredibly tough decision this one, but I went with Hokori based on Steen and Angle and what I would say is the best feud going. So long as the undercard can remain interesting I think this will continue to be an enjoyable read. Bum Fights was excellent again and the debut of Savage was superb - and men with beards was something I never saw coming! I'll look forward to seeing how the faction develops (as well as how sexist Steiner can be) but on pure interest in a show I go with Hokori.
Bumfight: Second week, same again from Bumfights. Sensational writing from Adam once again and the reveal of MWB was fanastic. Can't wait for next weeks show already!
Hokori: A great show from Enigma but unfortunately came up against Bumfight, who would have beaten every other show this week. Really enjoying the direction of the show, keep it up.
2 very good shows here, that were hard to seperate
Catchy, Sexy, Witty and Delightful Wrestling v Loophole Championship Wrestling
Winner- Catchy, Sexy, Witty and Delightful Wrestling
I feel harsh for my reasoning here, because Marky and Demon’s effort was bloody hilarious, but in terms of a wrestling show, I’ll plump for Uryu here who’s enthusiasm for this is evident in his output and is building nicely.
Both very strong shows and I'm a fan of Kane/Hogan as a feud having been a bit unsure to begin with. I felt this week that CSWDW was an engaging and very amusing read and so I'll take that as the winner. The couple of Otunga/Vicky would be gold and I'm already a massive mark for Camacho Man. LCW will get better and better with the tournament coming up and I look forward to it.
LCW: Maybe its just me but I still don't get the whole loophole angle and in many ways that is taking away from what was again quite a good show. Please please please make this clearer next week.
CSWDW: Luckily CSWDW is still making me laugh however I'm not sure how long the novelty value will last, I'd still like a little bit more focus on the wrestling aspect.
I still feel LCW could do with trading a few people, but it was a very good show. CSWDW put on another very funny show, but how long will it last?

kinda worried at being 0-X for a while now. I enjoy the fact my show is improving but i kinda screwed up my idea and salvaging it might take up too much time. Don't wanna suddenly drop the idea behind LCW either.
Maybe I be the WWA's Brooklyn Brawler

"there’s a murderer in the main event, which I’m not too keen on."
I'm not especially keen on him either, but he's a good wrestler and it meant I could keep Jericho/Kennedy going without facing off!
