Could we not change the rules slightly and say X amount of players can play both in the cup matches & the following league games, say 5 or 6. Otherwise the bigger teams would still arguably be able to put out a 2nd string team and get a result against most bottom teams, + I don't think many teams could take the hit of changing 11 players with the injuries on top. Just a thought.

If bigger teams put out a 2nd string and the smaller team a starting 11 I'd back the smaller team tbh. Its a balance, and it makes a conumdrum for owners.

It's one per day,

What I meant from the media page was that two bids will now come in for your players each week from now on instead of the usual one.

Sounds good Graeme, who is ent though?

To tell you the truth I have no idea what Jed Steer is worth.

Alternatively we could just halve what you paid for Shelvey and call it 2m.

Evening lads OK

Good to see Ent has been recruited, you can add 2m for it if you got him to join OK I'll add the page.

Also, I've been offered a job at Man Utd, working at the Olympics and will therefore be very inactive over the next couple of weeks. I'll post tactics and do the reports, but other than that you probably won't see me around much. Just a heads up OK

Yeah maybe, still provides good cover if needed.

And the deal was basically Simpson + £1.5M = Azpil so no harm done
